Legacy tournaments are a joke. Save your money and stay away. No medical on site, bathrooms do not work, and they never provide enough baseballs for games. On top of all that they always stack pool play to benefit their teams. The fields may be nice but that is the only positive Legacy brings to the table.

This organization only cares about money and is very poorly ran. The first year my son played here he made the select 9u team and it was supposed to be a very competitive team. The coach left at some point which Legacy was aware of and never told the parents. We found out after they collected our money and the team was a mix of very good players and players that couldn't even catch a ball. I would have never joined this team had I known that. The coach was put in a bad situation and we really liked him so we stuck with him for another year. This year was a total bust. We made a decision to not play after COVID-19 because we had serious family concerns and Legacy would not issue any sort of refund even though we never played a single game. Regardless of this, I talked to the coach and he said that the organization was fully refunded for many of their tournaments and actually only used the Legacy facilities 9 times since March. He expected that the whole team deserved a refund of something. He left the organization as well. I would not recommend this organization at all. ***They want to issue credits towards next year but also have a 20% price increase when they are already 30% more expensive than just about every organization*** I am done with this place. See email chain below. After calling the owner, Rodney Goble, this morning I finally had a phone conversation and he basically told me that they will not issue a refund and that they won't help out at all. I offered to take less than 1/3 of the season cost and they wouldn't even accept that. Wed, Jul 8, 11:18 AM Ryan, I wanted to see if you had any update on issuing a refund for Brandon not playing baseball this year. I see that all of the tournaments are scheduled out for the season and I am not sure what would hold up getting a refund at this point. Tryouts for next year are right around the corner and we need to have this settled before that time. Please get us some answers on this. Ryan Ford There’s no update for any team or player until the teams complete their seasons. Every team is going to be different as far as what they played or didn’t play. We need to see it through. Best Regards, Ryan Ford Director of Baseball Fri, Jul 31, 11:46 AM Ryan, With the baseball season over now and tryouts upcoming, I would like to get the baseball refund issue resolved. We need to plan for next season but haven't closed out this issue yet. I need an answer if you will issue a refund or not ASAP. This has dragged on since March and it is time to move forward. Please let me know what is going on, thank you. Mon, Aug 3, 9:25 AM Good Morning Ryan, I am following up on this request again. Please update me what is going on with a refund as soon as possible, thank you. Ryan Ford to me Hey Mark, We are not issuing refunds for our players we are doing credits for time lost. We will have communication with your team and head coach about how much time was lost and what they missed from their tournament budget. Ryan, There is no way Brandon will be coming back to Legacy. Year one we tried out for a team that was supposed to be good and the coach left and took his team with him and our team was not competitive. Legacy knew this and never communicated the situation and we still gave them a second chance because we liked Ryan Bost. Now we have a year that we didn't feel comfortable letting our son play because of COVID-19 and people in our family being at very high risk. Every hotel, gym, and anyone else I have dealt with has had no problem issuing a refund during this time except for Legacy. I know that tournaments we were registered for sent money back to the organization. I also know that when the team resumed, they only were able to use the Legacy fields 9 times since March which is much less than what we agreed to. I am offering you a chance to issue us a $500 credit which is less than 1/3 of what Legacy charged us and I will go away peacefully. Please let me know what you are going to do today.

My daughter made the Legends Adidas Volleyball team. We played 3 out of the 10-12 tournaments we were supposed to and our season was cut short due to COVID. We payed a ridiculous $3500-4000+ to play on this team and be part of the club. Not to mention all the travel expenses. Most clubs and sports teams are giving refunds back to families that had their season effected by the PANDEMIC. I've been getting the run around from the head coach and have been told I will get a call back regarding any refund. Still no calls! The coach said they're planning to offer $1100 credits to families returning next season. So generous... lol I asked her what about families that are not returning?? She said "they're not sure and if they do give any refunds it wont be that much." I was told that the Legacy center doesn't have the money to refund families yet they're building/adding on the giant facility they have there. Hmmmmm strange! I think that all these families should get a refund of atleast the 60% ($2000+) of the season we got screwed out of. No ones fault but we all paid a lot of money for this club and the season. Its called Integrity or doing the right thing. I've spoken with other families that have already retained a lawyer so I guess that is the only way to get anywhere with this place. Clearly nice facility but TERRIBLE customer service and WAY OVERPRICED.
