I honestly love this course, customer service is spectacular for the most part until today. My friend and I who golf here twice or maybe three times a week. all the employees know us there, except for this new “kid” who I have never seen work the desk before was very disrespectful & out of his mind, he was screaming at my buddy and I trying to justify why he was yelling at us and putting his hands in our face, because my buddy said something to me that had nothing to do with the kid or the course. When We then said we will leave just give us our money. He then slammed the window in our face refusing to give my buddies money back saying he was calling the cops. For what reason? Because he assumed we were talking about the him or the course idk.. but I will not golf here if that kid is working the front desk. I have never seen someone in my entire life argue with a customer this aggressive. I work in hospitality and no matter who is wrong I would apologize and be calm. This awesome course I love doesn’t need someone ruining such a great public course. I would have rather emailed the owner personally to explain the situation, but this was the only way to get in contact. I never write reviews even if I was disrespected, but this experience really made me cringe by this “kid’s” arrogance.

Great friendly folks. Staff is kind over the phone and in person. Its a great course for all levels of play. Some holes are hard and some are challenging. The course staff and management seem like they are constantly trying to improve the course. I myself have noticed they have improved the grounds-keeping substantially and continue to do so! They are very conscious about keeping the staff and players safe by disinfecting every cart after each person finishes playing (how awesome is that!?!). Lyndon keep up the great work and stay healthy.

Course is in great shape. I golfed there a few weeks ago and was impressed by the quality of the greens. Also, the guy behind the counter was really polite. Awesome golf course!

The great university offering plenty of academic courses. It's among top 50-60 university of USA. I have given 5 star rating because my son has graduated from here. His experience was great. He got right guidelines from the professor as well as administrator from the concerned department. My has pursued in Masters in Computer science, been one of the topper in university & got placement in very good company there is US. I had been there to attend his convocation ceremony and met to his Professor..Was nice meeting with him. Overall good experience. Worth spending time and money to achieve higher education here.

Atrocious, horrible. Run to the hills (suburbs). Overpaid, ineffective, inefficient. I understand Syracuse deals with systematic poverty. Look at the funding in contrast to the state and the country.

I wish I could rate higher, because the district tries very hard to help out center city students and provide a good education. The administrative offices, however, are absolutely miserable to deal with. It's a shame that the first office that new teachers have to deal with is the office of Security and the horrid employees and non-existent attitude of professionalism or sense of service. Upon arriving at SCSD, I was told that I need to have an appointment to even go into the security office. Kind of strange since I called about two dozen times TO NOT GET EVEN A SINGLE ANSWER OR LIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE. Tough to make an appointment when they dont pick up. I left two detailed messages, as requested, and never received a call back for a simple confirmation of my question. A two minute call. The "administrative assistant" is only capable of assisting herself with sitting on her ass and not doing her job, it appears. Oh, and before you say "well, they are busy," when I finally went into the office there was no line, nobody being helped, and the phone DID NOT RING ONCE while I waited FOR OVER A HALF HOUR for a five-minute fingerprinting. And this was three weeks into the school year, WELL PAST their "hump." Absolutely shameful. Everyone in the Security office gives the rest of SCSD a bad image for first year teachers. This is why people are justified in hating on pensioners. It's perfectly clear that the people who work in this office are careless, unprofessional, and vastly overpaid. THEY BARELY DO ANY WORK, from my observations. You'd think if they were getting a fat paycheck every week to sit on their ass and not help anyone, they'd at least be a little friendlier, a little more accomodating. Sorry first year teachers. If you aren't already in the NYSTeach system, this experience is going to be absolutely miserable for you. Buckle up and prepare to be treated like dirt.

Just excellent service before and after the sale. They make you feel like family and will go to all lengths to get you what you need, thus all my bike purchases will be from them.

I stopped in recently on a very busy Saturday and waiting briefly in the service line before one of the bike mechanics spotted me and helped. Between him and a colleague, they made three trips to the back room to find a replacement saddle my bike. While waiting between their trips to back, I was impressed by the conversations I heard from the other sales people. Each was patient, professional, and spoke to level of cyclist they encountered. Although it was clear the sales team were experienced cyclists, I sensed no snobbery, only a genuine desire to help. Oh, and the number of bikes and selection of gear is outstanding too!!
