My daughter has been attending since she was 2 and i have nothing but good words for them. Patient, accepting, fun, skilled and very focused ok inclusion. Resonable prices. They really go the extra mile to help everyone in the 'Jete family.' They are even offering free classes during isolation. Amazing!

Arrived late for check-in and reception had closed, called up and fortunately they had left the card key hidden for me. The room itself was quite large and clean, definitely one of the cleaner hotels I've stayed at. Also the furniture seems to be in fairly good condition which was a surprise to me. The bathroom shower is a mix between a shower and spa bath, this means for those not as able it could be a challenge to get in and out. Other than that it was well equipped with all the towels and shower gels etc. Would stay here again in the future.

The owners here are very rude! Location is fabulous, however, the room smelt and lack of power points was an issue! My room was located at the top of the stairs, so security for me was an issue, given I’m staying here on my own! Limited under cover parking also! Big no no!!The pub next door is beautiful, but very expensive!Would not stay here again sadly given the amazing location... very over priced and very poor customer service!!

My two sons have been playing in Saturday morning junior competition for the past 3-4 years, the competition is well run by Dermott, Andrew and their teams. Happy to recommend that you give your kids a go there, they have a combined side that they can join in and have a go if you son or daughter does not know anyone.????

Drove 110 kms today about 1 and a half hours each way to be told that the Dr my daughter was booked in to see was off sick and had been all week. No phone call no apologies not even an ounce of sympathy., Just in oh well so you want to re schedule. Seriously you had all week to ring and let us know the Dr was off sick. How unprofessional and lazy on the staffs behalf.

The go karts and laser force are good fun for all ages. Attended a children's party at laser force during the last week and though the kids had a good time there was no tea/coffee facilities. Also no heating at all in the building. It was a long cold 3hr wait for the birthday party to end.

Warning, this place is a terrible I repeat, terrible place to send your child. We recently had an experience with Ballarat gymsports coaches that has left our daughter very very upset. The young boy and young girl whom coach the cheer leader are very immature and very careless when it comes to interacting with children and have no respect for the adults (the customers). And when I reached out to the owner of this facility via email to arrange to meet and discuss this matter and a particular experience that has left our daughter traumatised, I was completely ignored.

An excellent camping choice in Daylsford. Jubilee has a good amount of greenery and enough place for kids to enjoy themselves. The place is well maintained. The toilets and showers are clean and maintained. Nothing fancy though. We've camped here in April. It gets busy on the weekends. Well marked camping spots. The staff are courteous and quite helpful. They have boating options and good amount of walking options. At another instance we've stayed in the caravan/cabin as well. Quite well maintained and clean with all amenities. Kitchen had enough pots and pans. Beds with clean linen. TV (not sure why though). Dining table. What we didn't like/Can improve: A few cabins were an eye sore with lots of rubbish outside and not maintained. Beware of spiders and ants. Peacocks are beautiful but annoying especially when you decide to set up a barbie. And there like loads of them.

If I was there when it was busy I would hate it. The permanent caravans and cabins are a real eyesore and probably a fire risk. I was lucky I was able to park my RV to exclude the view of the ugly mess. The cabins are established like a body corp. and employ the manager to book out free sites, clean etc clean. However the laundry and facility's were clean and everything worked well. There were temporary managers there.

Terrible service... we wanted to buy some special effects make up for our daughter for Christmas. The first time I went to the store the gentleman was super helpful, he was going to make up a special pack for us, only he didn't, have anything available for a week or so! (he had to bring it from his geelong store) he said he would send us photos of the different sorts available, as we were going on holidays and wouldn't be back until the week of Christmas. when we went into to the store to see if anything was ready, we were greeted by by his wife who said everything was sold out! I asked politely why a pack hadn't been made for us and why we weren't contacted. (its now three days till Christmas) she said very rudely we are under the pump!!! I get it, its Christmas, but we are also customers! she said she could make us up something now from behind the counter, Now we don't know anything about this make up, we are completely new to it all. I was confused because all the over the counter product she was pointing to was there the first time we were at the store. our thoughts were the man was making us up something different. we had spent a bit of time talking to him ( he was very knowledgeable). I said to her that he would have had time to make a pack up from behind the counter as he had spent so much time with us. she took it as if i was calling him lazy and he was just standing there. ( I didn't say this at all, i actually thought he was really nice.) she continued to be rude, she took everything we said completely out of context and seemed annoyed that we were even there to be honest. after we left the store i received a phone call from the previous mentioned gentleman - her husband. saying he was not going to help me, he would not make a pack up or sell anything to me as he didn't appreciate me saying he was just standing there! I tried to have a conversation but he hung up before i got a word in!!! all for asking a few questions and just trying to understand the product they were selling. really bad attitude and shocking customer service
