A few months ago I had my yearly exam with Amanda and it was determined that I needed hormone replacement therapy. She wanted me to get clearance from a cardiologist before prescribing them. I had the required tests done and my PCP sent the results to her office 4 times. When I called the nurses to see about getting my medications, they always said they never received them. Then I went to a cardiologist and I asked them to send them the information and they said they needed to know what exactly they were wanting, so I called and spoke with Tracy at the nurses desk. She was extremely rude and hateful and told me she would “try” to reach out to them. When I spoke to my cardiologist’s nurse a few days later, they had not heard from them. She offered to call them and left them a message. So again I waited a few days and called Amanda’s office and they told me they were still waiting to hear from them. I spoke with my heart doctor’s nurse again yesterday and she called them again. She called me back a few minutes later and said that she now understood my frustration because she had spoke to Tracy and she said she was unbelievably rude. So I’m waiting today to see if the faxes were received so I can get my hormone medicine. This has been going on since April and I have explained to this office how badly I need this. I am suffering from severe hot flashes and night sweats along with all the other crazy things that are caused from hormone imbalances. I will never use this place again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Amanda and the nurses are wonderful! Amanda takes the time to listen to her patients. Her compassion and knowledge have made a tremendous difference in helping me be healthy!

Great people to work with. They do a lot of great programs in the city. And are very easy to work with in the community!

Various family members have participated in a variety of programs and we have found all to be well done. Sometimes you have to ask a lot of questions to know what to expect, but I have always found the employees helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The Parks & Rec department is one of the best things about Mountain Home!
