Super course with some risk reward choices. Views on back nine were stellar! Course was in great shape. Greens fair and true. Fast but not too. Held nice. Nice folks. Reasonable $. The Fish Rock Grill had an amazing breakfast burrito. Nice staff - really working hard to accommodate all around. Seemed they take COVID seriously and are doing what they can to be safe. I’m an NC resident and this is SW golf at its best without the crowds of Scottsdale and Vegas. Relaxed and organized. The other patrons were very friendly. Mostly regulars and locals. Real estate around the course is amazing. I’ll be back soon!!

Super great course, the back nine has tons of vistas to look at. Carts are awesome with GPS and accurate course maping.

Up until recently, I have had nothing but good things to say about Summit. Unfortunately, that has changed. I recently was offered the opportunity to work in northern UT but since they didn't have a Summit there, I was going to cancel my account. However, after speaking with Parker who helped me get my membership, I decided to pause the account. After two months, they started charging my account again but I did not authorize this because I was still living in northern UT when I tried to resolve the problem. I spoke with Andrea and Karen to resolve the issue, but they spoke to me rudely and lacked basic customer service skills. When I am at a gym/working out customer service is extremely important to me because as a part of the service I am paying for, I want to feel comfortable around the employees and have a positive environment. Also, treat people the way that you want to me treated. Other than these employees and their customer service, this place is a nice facility with great equipment, and if it weren't for the treatment I received, I would recommend the facility. If you want quality service and a comfortable environment, then this may not be the place for you.

I have ridden True Grit with this race director twice. 2017 and 2020. After 2020, I was extremely disappointed and very angry at the major lack of communication between the director and the hundreds of riders wondering if the race was going to happen, if the course was going to change or if start times were going to change. 1 hour before the hundreds of fifty miler riders were to line up she announced via Facebook that there was going to be a delay. With an event of this stature and size - communication is top priority. The director - Cimmaron Chacon, still ran the entire course and did not listen to any of the riders, she could have easily avoided this if she did not run all of the riders through the first five miles of the clay fire road and instead re routed all of the riders in via green valley. The trails were destroyed, bikes destroyed and I was extremely upset due to this. I hope this race goes on, but not put on by GRO. As long as they are in charge I’m out and so are other riders.
