Fantastic tennis centre, with good public transport, facilities and excellent food options at the ATP Cup. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars, is because it’s an absolute sauna here in the summer. Even during the night sessions, the centre’s been baking all day (and stays that way all night).

First time at the Sydney International. Had an amazing time. Lovely crowd and atmosphere. Food was reasonably priced and there were lot of food trucks on site. Plenty of parking spaces are available nearby and cost $25 for the whole day. Toilets are clean and well maintained. Overall, a day well spent.

Went to see the ATP Cup a few weeks back and it was excellent. Only issue I found was the echo in the arena, and as a result the post match interview could barely be heard. I understand there is probably a few things such as dampening that still need to be done following the redevelopment, so hopefully those things will get sorted out ready for next year. I'll adjust my review if so. I'd also like to mention some of the seats were missing their number tags.

I tend to agree with everyone's comments here. Slow to take action. When you have an issue, it takes a long time for someone to come E.g. complaints about people dumping rubbish or noise pollution. They don't follow up or get back to you even after a number of calls or emails. When you get a case manager, their phone always rings out. If you are lucky and get them on the phone 10 seconds later they say they are "busy" and need to hang up the phone. No call back, I had to chase them up. Talk about service. However they are more than happy to point a finger and "instruct" people to do things. Not sure if they are under resourced, but possibly one of the worse councils. If this was a private enterprise they would out gone out of business a long time ago!

Must say, pay my rates, roads seem to get fixed quite often and they do my front lawn. AND Sharron (?) the lady who helped me out with my bins being emptied was super polite and nice ☺️

Had a great chat to the service technician Tim while on site he recommended a few products In the store that would help with my Blackspot problem. He also was able to answer my urgent texts on the weekend and was able to resolve my filter problem over the phone.

This is my first 1 star comment - all other 60 reviews so far are all 5 stars. Absolutly a doggy shop, the regular pool service fee they charge is $50 however they charge $95 for call-out fee simply talk without doing anything? with initial wrong offer and without advice of amount when I book the inspection and service. Promised come back to me with a quote for a new pump but four days later the invoice comes first. They charge about $1190 for a new pump CTX 260 and I quoted another upgraded one CTX 400 for $870 (both quotes include installation). Everything seems to be overcharged in their shop. Expensive is fine as long as the service is good. Never visit them buying the $15 chlorine (while bunnings sells for $9) and good bye.

I had a really fond memory just a few months ago. It was the last match before it shut down temporarily due to Covid-19. i was playing in the under-11 miniball series. The score ended and we lost 16-17. But i was fouled just before the buzzer went and go 2 shots. I scored both meaning that we won 18-17... Then my dad shouted MVP from the benches. It was embarrasing.
