Quite good the only down side is the pool & roof maintenance its going to be closed from August 3rd through till November 5th 2019 that is quite a long maintenance program but its unavoidable as the shire states makes me consider if this was made from the best materials as we had a maintenance on the roof only a few years ago?

Absolutely beautiful bush camp suitable for school camps, weddings, and other events that require accommodating lots of people.
Went here for a wedding, and was very impressed by the details and facilities available somewhere so far out. Little things such as the grapevines over the back decking are an example of such.
Bedding available for around 100 people, industrial kitchen, and a large hall suitable for a range of events.
There's no aircon, which really bites hard in the summer, doors can be open for surprisingly good ventilation.
But yeah, absolutely amazing place. Everybody loved being there.

This is a bush camp that is typically used by large groups such as school camps. We have stayed in the Woodshed. This is an old timber shed that can sleep up to 100 people in bunk bed style cubicles. Be warned. This is a very old timber shed that I would guess is at least 40 years old. Everything here is old. Perhaps it’s like this to make it feel like a bush setting? There are also very few power point a in this shed. So pack your battery packs to change your devices. Be warned though, there is no mobile phone reception in this area (except for Telstra). Perhaps they should modernise this place slightly (such as refurbishing the toilets). The cleanliness could also be improved. Again, perhaps it’s all like this to give guests a bush feel...There are various activities that can be organised such as river rafting, flying fox, rock wall climbing, laser tag, bush walks etc.

Awesome fun. Great range suitable for most ages... staff knowledgeable and helpful. Equipment well maintained and in good condition. A little on the pricey side. Great location. Not much there in the way of hot foods. Unless you're keen for coffee, coke or carbonated drinks, recommend BYO.

Absolutely fantastic. Went with my wife as my 40th Birthday present. It's so well planned out, from basic through to extreme. There were plenty of children and people of all different ages enjoying themselves. Just one tip.. if you try the extreme course don't leave it till the end, you'll need all the strength you can to complete it(I didn't).
Well with the money and I highly recommend it

The Tree Adventure course is a fun, safe, and interesting experience for anybody that's looking to step out of their comfort zone, try something new, or spend the afternoon pushing your limits.
There are a range of ropes courses which take place at different heights among the treetops. They range from low difficulty, which is suitable for everybody, up to their extreme courses that are sure to tire out any thrill seeker.
The only food available is generally small nibbles such as chips, so make sure to bring your own food.
The courses are more than safe, as long as you follow the training given prior to you starting.

The lady at visitor centre was clued on to all the local fishing spots " as we chase the elusive rainbow trout " the yarn bombing is spectacular as is this town.

We bring our young kids and caravan here in the cooler months and always enjoy it.
The fire pit, forest, walking/riding trails and proximity to town are the main attraction for us.
The simple shower block and facilities are generally clean but dated. Possibly time for the owners to start investing money into it and read some of these reviews.
Love it here in the forest, will return...

We haven't been here for a couple of years, I do still like this park, the Forrester area is so beautiful. They have new staff and I believe new owners. I've seen an improvement in the ablutions, they're nice and clean and the park to is in good nic, clean and tidy. Even in the winter, it's a lovely place to stay.
