never have i been treated so poorly in my life. went in to buy petrol with three cars and the owner ran up to our cars just to verbally abuse us yelling and screaming telling us to get out. the reason because we missed the sign where the petrol was and accidentally drove past reception. my children didn’t know what was going on they were very scared i thought he was gonna attack us thats how aggressive he was. my advice avoid avoid avoid very rude and mentally unstable owner not safe for children or families. would not recommend.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE... Well first of all its not even much of a family park but more like a retirement village. The toilets are dirty, the pool is cold and the Jacuzzi is disgusting. The camp pretty much shuts down after 10pm and if you make any noice after that time you will get kicked out of the park. (Oh and most of the 5/5 reviews on this are fake accounts made by the owner)

Arrived late for check-in and reception had closed, called up and fortunately they had left the card key hidden for me. The room itself was quite large and clean, definitely one of the cleaner hotels I've stayed at. Also the furniture seems to be in fairly good condition which was a surprise to me. The bathroom shower is a mix between a shower and spa bath, this means for those not as able it could be a challenge to get in and out. Other than that it was well equipped with all the towels and shower gels etc. Would stay here again in the future.

The owners here are very rude! Location is fabulous, however, the room smelt and lack of power points was an issue! My room was located at the top of the stairs, so security for me was an issue, given I’m staying here on my own! Limited under cover parking also! Big no no!!The pub next door is beautiful, but very expensive!Would not stay here again sadly given the amazing location... very over priced and very poor customer service!!

Aireys Inlet is a beautiful part of the world. The caravan park was a nice place to stay for the 3 days that I was there. The park staff were very friendly and provided great customer service. It was lovely how they run events so that everyone in the park can get involved (like pizza and music night). Only down side was that they bathrooms here are limited.

My wife Sandie n I spent the weekend visiting wineries around Heathcote. We needed accommodation in the local area. Right from the first contact we thought we had found a home away from home. Great location, a lovely room, well appointed, very clean. As I’m my business is in windows all the windows and doors were double glazed. Cold nights very cosy inside. We walked around the property and discovered many of the goats on the property had just had kids. Very friendly creatures that loved the attention. Breakfast on the Sunday was on time and beautiful cooked and great presentation. 10/10plus. We will be back.

This is a nice park with plenty of powered sites, camping and cabins. Staff are friendly and look after the park. The pool is very nice and there is a bouncing area for children which is very popular. The camp kitchen is good, clean and nicely set out. Powered sites are a bit haphazard but it works. Don't expect pristine sites, they are mostly gravel with a few slabs but no grass.

Do not make a mistake, it is not a hotel. It is a camp in mountains. It is a place for people who cheer when hot water flows from the tap, not for ones who complain that paths are not paved. Side effect of this are signs: leave shoes outside. So bring warm socks. Plenty of activities, those organised and advertised and those improvised by children. Do not forget flashlight for it is dark after sunset. My children say it is best camp ever. I would rate it 5 stars, but we had hickups with hot water and heating. Both were addressed in reasonable timeframe. The noisy renovations in one cabin were a nuisance a bit.

I celebrated my 40th at the Prom Coast Holiday Lodge and was stoked to see that they allowed events. I had 18 of my nearest and dearest visit from New Zealand and Australia and we stayed Friday and Saturday night. Initial impression was how spacious the place was...not only the garden and lawn area but the main living room area too. The fire was burning (unfortunately in November as we bought our togs for the pool) to keep the room warm. The rooms were tidy and large too and simply laid out. The following day was spent playing soccer, volleyball, basketball and any other games middle aged men like to compete at. There were plenty of bins to clear the rubbish away which was helpful. Thank you so much for the perfect weekend (weather a bit too chilly for the pool but I cant blame you for that haha). The place was amazing and reasonably priced for the 18 of us that stayed. Thanks again, ive already decided my 50th will be there in 10 years time. Dave.C

I would have loved to give a raving top review but unfortunately I cannot. The cabin is super outdated and old, the hot water only lasted 4-5mins at a time then run cold, the cabin itself was only clean to a minimal standard, where the lino meets the cupboards there was a heap of dirt, grime, hair and food buildup. The food grater needs to be thrown out and replaced due to rust and buildup of food and grime! There seems to be no love going into this caravan park. The views and proximity to the beach is amazing, unfortunately the actual stay kinda wasn't enjoyable. The Windows next to the bunk beds seemed to not close properly, and there was no conventional oven to cook with at all. No air conditioner only a cheap fan which can barely fit anywhere due to the small size of the cabin. All in all, my family and i won't be coming back to stay here next time.

This is an old park with many very narrow streets. My allocated site had an overgrown large shrub protruding well over the internal access road severely restricting manoeuvring my van without scratching the side of my van - had to use a Camper Trolley to park the van. I was told by Park staff that the Park owner is against pruning internal trees/shrubs. The internal site access streets were frequently dominated by young children using large pedal cars/karts provided by the caravan park. Mostly the kids are unsupervised and one kid around 9yo drove his pedal car VERY close to the rear wheels of a departing rubbish collection truck and was shocked to find me in a 4WD in his path as he turned away from the truck and into the path of my vehicle which was stationary at the time - waiting for the truck to depart. I told him to keep clear of cars using the roads at which he repeatedly shouted that the streets were a shared road - no doubt advice given to him by irresponsible adults. The Park must be desperate for revenue if they condone the use of a large number of these pedal cars - placing the safety of the juvenile users at risk. When we were there, the Park was essentially an out of control child minding operation for kids from about 3yo to teenage. The day in concern was not a school holiday. I can foresee future litigation in the event of an an accident arising out of the use of these pedal cars which have been supplied by the park. We stayed in this park for a week and had time to observe the park activities and movements. Although the amenities were clean and in average condition, we found the general condition of this park to be by far the worst Big 4 park that we have used in the last 3 months of being on the road.

An excellent camping choice in Daylsford. Jubilee has a good amount of greenery and enough place for kids to enjoy themselves. The place is well maintained. The toilets and showers are clean and maintained. Nothing fancy though. We've camped here in April. It gets busy on the weekends. Well marked camping spots. The staff are courteous and quite helpful. They have boating options and good amount of walking options. At another instance we've stayed in the caravan/cabin as well. Quite well maintained and clean with all amenities. Kitchen had enough pots and pans. Beds with clean linen. TV (not sure why though). Dining table. What we didn't like/Can improve: A few cabins were an eye sore with lots of rubbish outside and not maintained. Beware of spiders and ants. Peacocks are beautiful but annoying especially when you decide to set up a barbie. And there like loads of them.

If I was there when it was busy I would hate it. The permanent caravans and cabins are a real eyesore and probably a fire risk. I was lucky I was able to park my RV to exclude the view of the ugly mess. The cabins are established like a body corp. and employ the manager to book out free sites, clean etc clean. However the laundry and facility's were clean and everything worked well. There were temporary managers there.
