Had everyone pre-book with the vision of skiing, tobagganing and shopping...opening of ski season was then postponed. So then the shops weren't open, people got fined for tobogganing on what little snow was there. Cafes weren't open, and even the supermarket was shut! Lots of people around with kids on school holidays with nothing available for people to do. Hotham and DP were happy to take bookings but then to have everything you advertised shut is very poor!!

The museum is an incredibly under exposed gem in the Echuca port area. Insignificant when viewed from High Street once inside it opens to numerous wonderful rooms and outdoor displays packed with interesting displays which almost send the visitor into historical overload. From the establishment of Moama and Echuca with the life stories of the founders to the development of the twin towns every aspect is on display. Stories photos fashions and people, it is all there. This understated gem should be a priority as Echuca s major tourist information attraction . Dont miss it.

Great place for kids! There are so many rides kids would just love it. Tsunami and Tornado are the most thrilling rides. Also, if you are reading this just keep in mind to choose to go on sunny day or when the temperature is a bit high, because we went on Dec 14 and the weather was really cold, with all the wet clothes and cold wind we just couldn't enjoy to fullest. Would have been better if it were a hot summer day.

The facilities are convenient and clean. They had many amazing rides, and they had BBQ facilities as well. This place is friendly for new visitors, they have lots of information there if you’re new there. Staff are competent, respectful and well-trained. Safety is excellent, maintained and risk-free. I personally think the large slides and the lazy river are the best rides and the most recommend rides if you paying a visit. Prices of entry are reasonable, although the prices vary depending on your height. You can also do Go Karting and do some arcade games, which I really think it’s a method of using massive amounts of money (Arcade games); although those games ain’t that bad. I would recommend this place if you’re visiting Australia or if you’re looking for a nice place to stroll around and have fun in the holidays.

Great place for kids and adults to enjoy the summer fun to release some of those energy. I would highly recommend to place a booking first as it can be very crowded, otherwise you may have to get there very early, personally wouldn't recommend to sit on grassy areas when running out of seats. Rides are very cool and I seem to find the facility to be adding a new ride every year which everybody can look forward to. Plenty of lockers but with limited toilets. Food options can be pricey but aren't a bad deal, still would recommend to bring your own food. Since the grounds can get hot in summer, remember to wear your thongs (the main reason is because the bridges can hurt your feet). Probably the best place you can express your energy in geelong. Fun for all ages.

Excellent venue and great value for money here with the tour and Museum. Make sure to book on days when the tours can go down to the turf. Amazing to see the building from all levels including the players areas. The Museum had a lot of interactive displays suited to all ages. Very comprehensive with information on most sports. Staff very very polite and helpful. Well worth the visit.

Strangely not too busy here in January school holidays. Good mix of displays and interactive exhibits to satisfy young and old. Matchday experiences for the kids (and parents!) are well worth the extra few dollars. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand as well. We spent more time here than we thought we would. Highly recommended.

This is a good inexpensive tourist attraction well worth a visit. Some very fine artifacts in the museum including the 3 Bendigo dragons, the oldest being over 100 years old. Some of the display cases need to be lighted better, very dull. The outside garden and temple are an added bonus although you could access these without charge.

Amazing and fun place. Could take a group of kids of different ages and all would be entertained by different things. A bit free range in set up, so smaller kids would need active supervision but a lovely, old school day out. We went to a nine year old birthday there and the kids had a ball. No screens anywhere!

Great place to take the kids, took my 2yo and 3.5yo. They had a ball. My expectations of the cafe were low, however I must say they were wrong. Lovely coffee and the food was really good. Kids got an ice cream, and used up energy on all of the play equipment. Was great to see there faces looking at all the animals. Defiantly recommend.

Utterly splendid visitor experience at the Heide. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the cafe and shop are well worth a visit. Oh, and then there's the architecture of the place and the collection, which is what you've really gone to see. The original cottage at the top of the hill is full of character - you can imagine the owners having just stepped out. And then down at the 'new' house it's all modern concrete and delightfully straight lines. Check out the sculpture walks in the garden and leave very happy.

Ventured to the cafe. Service = I was seen to immediately and staff were attentive throughout. Food = Chicken burger ($24) was a good size and there was actual chicken (unlike other places that use cheap processed stuff). Price was a bit excy but I knew beforehand. Ambience = Nice decor and places to sit outside. Main issue is that they should keep the door closed to keep out the flies from landing on the cutlery!!

Heide is an amazing place to visit; their exhibits are consistently eye-opening and very well presented and the staff are extremely helpful. The door price of $20 is a great deal when you consider it grants access to every exhibit they have on-site, so you can really spend several hours enjoying all there is to see. Add to this the great little cafe they have and the fantastic park grounds that contain many many more sculptures, it really makes for a fantastic way to spend a day, either alone or with a close one. Highly recommend it!

Grass is usually nice and green here. Bottom oval is great for a kick of the footy however the top needs a bit of work. I've seen the tractors aerate the grass, big machines so big money going into the grass here. There is however artificial grass in the middle of the oval. Not the best to have a kick on.

Just a message to the owners/managers; $10 minimum eftpos with a .50c charge is a customer unfriendly and inefficient business practice. (Surely it costs more to manage CASH money than it does electronic money) Have you looked at square payment systems? Cheaper than the banks, and more efficient money management. It leaves a poor impression with me when I see $10 min eftpos and the gouge fee of .50c per transaction.

Great place to spend some time en route to Penguin parade. The circuit is maintained very well. There was a bike racing practice going on when I was there. Was awesome. One gripe that I have is, the viewing gallery access tickets are a bit expensive.
