My daughter has been riding for almost four years now and started riding at Unicorn Valley 12 months ago. Over the past year, under the guidance and instruction of Andrea and her fantastic team of instructors, my daughter’s confidence and riding skills have increased dramatically. Andrea provides so many wonderful opportunities for children to adults who want to learn about and learn to ride horses. Aside from the outstanding riding instruction on safe, educated, good natured horses, further opportunities such as attending the local pony club and a horse leasing program are also available. My daughter leases Barney and takes him to pony club once a month with a group of lovely kids from Unicorn Valley. They all have a fabulous day out. I cannot recommend Andrea and her team highly enough. If I could rate 10 stars I would!

Found this amazing place at the start of 2018 and I’d never go anywhere else. Andrea, Carolyn, Lars and the Unicorn Valley team are dedicated, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly riding instructors and horse people~ I could not recommend or talk highly enough about them and their amazing, well trained team of school horses to suit all abilities and ages. The agistment there is fantastic too. My horse is very happy there, as am I! It’s a wonderful horse loving community vibe at Unicorn valley and everyone is happy to help. There’s a wonderful buddy system where if you can’t get up to feed or rug and unrug your horse ~no problem! someone is always willing to help you out. Unicorn Valley Equestrian Center is awesome and Andrea and the team has helped my riding and riding confidence improve so much. This is the very best place to come to learn how to ride, also to build on the riding skills you already have and to learn about all other aspects of horsemanship in a very experienced, friendly, caring and welcoming environment.

Started riding here in 2018 and love it here. The staff are all very welcoming and the horses are highly trained and lovely.

easy going, relaxed kayak tour, good as a teaser The tour is exactly as described, so I did know what to expect. Kent guides an easy going, relaxed kayak experience. The tour is not really physically demanding, there are many stops, and at the beginning, everything one needs to know how to handle the kayak is well explained, so the tour is also suitable for beginners. It would be great to have longer trips as well, going the river upstream beyond the boathouses.

We had a fantastic day on the water, full of laughs, adventure and some insightful facts about the area. Highly recommend it’s a beautiful part of Victoria, and so conveniently close to Melbourne. Paul our instructor was so accommodating and passed a lot of knowledge about rafting skills... we can’t wait to go back and try the other adventures!!

Very pleasant caravan park, loads of shade, adequate camp kitchen. Exceptional customer service. Had never heard of this park before but would definitely come again. Owner put up a TV antenna for us, which helped our stay. Thank you.

We really enjoyed this two hour trail ride. It was suitable and adapted for people of all ages and levels of experience. Along the way we saw lots of beautiful birds and walked through the surrounding countryside. The horses were fantastic and very well looked after. The guides were really friendly and gave lots of helpful advice about riding and insured everyone was comfortable.

My 45 yr old daughter & myself had a very fun half day ride with this mob. We were given good instructions and kitted out before we left & our horses were quiet and steady. Some forest tracks were included. We trotted & cantered & had small rest breaks. I recommend these good people with their steady horses for a return to the saddle along scenic pathways.

Took my 15, 13 and 9 year old riding with these guys and had a great time. They were really great with first time riders. First class venue views and experience.

A very friendly club, everyone is helpful and made new comers felt welcomed. Courses and dives are very organised and professional! Courses also run in small group so plenty of attention from instructor, definitely feel safe diving with ADI. Lots of very experienced members who're more than willing to share their tips and answer any questions you may have too!

Every xmas i ride here. Im 51 & ride regularly on a horse property. I rode a clydie cross who used to one of robyn's school horses. He was superb. Extremely quiet yet responsive. I spent most of the time sitting to his trot & when i asked for the canter he jumped straight nto a smooth canter. He didnt rush or get unbalanced which is normally my fault. Although this ride is ok for beginners i would suggest lessons in an arena is probably the first step before a trail ride. Generally getting a bit of guidance in an arena is a good idea. I always enjoy a chilled out ride with great friendly staff over the xmas break. Overall one of the best run places in victoria and i have ridden at numerous places

Lovely 1.5 ride through beautiful bushland, on glossy well trained horses, matched to riders ability from pure beginner to experienced. Best fun. Definitely on my "do again" list.

Frank was AMAZING! We are from Chicago and went for our honeymoon. Frank made us feel like everyone on the tour had been life long friends. He's very knowledgeable, friendly AND made us feel safe (we ran into an small not so safe snake and he handled it with ease). He took us to the most amazing spots on the Great Ocean Road. Split Point Lighthouse, The memorial arch, Apollo Bay, the 12 Apostles, and so much more! We never felt rushed, and we got to see so much. If you can snag Frank for your tour, you will NOT regret it! To this day my fiance and I are still raving about him. We've told all our friends and family how nice, informative, and friendly he was :) we even got a cheer from him and the people on the tour bus as a congrats for being on our honeymoon.

What an amazing day. From start to finish Kate was friendly and informative of the places we visited. We had plenty of time at each place so we didn’t feel rushed, the lunch and cheese boards were included and was delicious. And of course the wines were delightful. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a great tour on the Pride of the Murray. It's a Great time to enjoy the serenity and the views along the Murray in almost silence. The commentary was great along the way. The complimentary Scones and tea were nice as well.

The old paddlesteamers are very informative! Pity there aren't a few more historic buildings / interactive things to do on the old main wharf area, but a great place to take the kids.

It was such a pleasure to have Rob take my family and I out canoeing and kayaking today. He was easy going, told us the basics we needed to know in order to enjoy our experience and also filled in the conversation with some fantastic historical information about the area and his interesting career and life. We booked a dolphin and seal swim for two people with afternoon tea. The seal swim was absolutely brilliant and seeing the dolphins off the boat was also brilliant. However, the 'swim' with dolphins was not. Once we had found some dolphins we were all told to sit along the back of the boat and wait for the captain's all clear. She then shouted go and everybody just piles into the water like cattle (!!) and told not to leave the roped area. The dolphins are obviously naturally moving along and by the time everybody had piled in they were gone. We were then told to get out again whilst the boat was moved and in a way the dolphins were chased. The whole thing was repeated again. In the end we decided to just stay on the boat and watch them play at the bow. I feel like the experience would be a lot more successful and fulfilling to observe the dolphins off the boat whilst keeping warm, it was amazing to see them so close swimming alongside the boat, and then having the swim with seals where there's time and space to see them. The experience is promoted as a 'swim' with dolphins, but it really isn't a swim, I didn't like the fact it felt like we were chasing the dolphins just to get in for 30 seconds and get out again. Much better to watch.

Went out with the seals today and really enjoyed it! Booking over the phone was easy and the arrival advice was useful. The crew were knowledgeable and friendly; the boat was comfortable and not crowded; overall a great value trip! Even spotted a dolphin on the way back, no extra charge ???? Thanks!!

Always a wonderful place to visit. Myriad fauna and flora - snake, blue tongue lizard, echidna and 2 emus spotted!. (Only downside was the hot water boiler wasn't working for a cuppa - a very rare occurance.)

Having not ridden the entire trail I can only comment on the Yea to the tunnel section. It's well built hard compacted gravel. It does double as an access road for farmers in some parts. Great views and scenery. Evolve Esk8 would struggle but Trampa, Baja and EUCs etc will be fine. Long inclines but not too steep as it used to be a railway. Not a lot of water seen. Not much shelter either.

Just finished the two day trip through the Mitta Gorge. That was the most fun I've had outside the bedroom. The guides are experienced, friendly and knowledgeable. The rivers and surrounds are beautiful with plenty of thrills and spills on the water over the two days. I highly recommend this trip with this company. It's just good fun.

"Smithy" and his team were professional, decades of experience, hilarious before and during the rafting day experience, and overall an experience my group will treasure for life. By far the best place to go for trail rides. I've been going there since I was old enough to ride. The horses are great, trails and views are fantastic and such great value for money! They also have day rides on occasion. Sadly I've moved interstate, though I'll have to come back and visit this place again. Highly recommend for beginners through to advanced, the cater to all

Uncle Neve's Trail Riding is really an amazing place. You definitely get value for the money you spend here. They are all very friendly and accommodating. From the time you leave the stables till you get back, including a 30 minute break in a scenic mountain-top cabin, is roughly a three hour ordeal. I will note that the mounting process can be quite long. We arrived at 1:30 with scheduled departure to be at 2 but we only left at 2:30. They do end up splitting up the group by those who want to run and those who don't so keep that in mind with your friends. The only negative thing I would mention is the fact that they don't allow you to take ANY PICTURES! That was very upsetting especially when we were walking past a bunch of kangaroos who hopped along with us for a short distance. (now I understand they don't want to have to stop the group to pick up someone's dropped phone but then they should at least offer some kind of phone to wrist string attachment or something to use when not running). Overall it was an absolute pleasure going on their trail and I highly recommend it to you. *** Helpful? Click LIKE!!! ????***
