Ben and Chris are both great guys to work with for whatever you need. I had some tail lights I purchased for my bike and I needed them shaved down in diameter on a lathe. Ben stayed late to accommodate my work schedule, and went the extra mile getting these shaved down, and even drilled the holes for wiring at an extremely fair price. On top of that, I had some melted plastic on my exhaust pipes that they helped clean off free of charge. Highly recommend these guys, give them a call for whatever you need. Will definitely be back.

Just purchsed my new Trek Marlin 7 from them. With everything going on and a shortage of bikes i was able to get one thanks to Spark. Definitely a busy season for bike shops but Mike was very helpul and very responsive. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. Not only would i reccomend spark, i wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

Am writing this review to thank the awesome customer care provided by the staff. One of the good bike repair shop in South Austin and have visited the shop couple of times for regular bike maintainence. The shop was closed for last few months due to quarantine situation and was very disappointing. Now am happy that the shop was open again for business. Another reason for writing this review is currently we need to support the local business who are providing good service during this pandemic.Do check them out and i hope you'll also feel the same way

I am very pleased with the customer service and skilled work at Texas Cycle Werks. The owner was very knowledgeable and straight forward with fair prices! He even helped us figure out mount our bikes on a very old bike rack when we picked them up. Definitely will return the next time my bike needs repairs and would recommend to anyone.

Honesty and integrity are hard commodity to find these days. I can find them every time I take my bike for service at Texas Cycle Werks. It is always such a pleasure and fantastic value to get my bikes fixed there. Super duper highly recommended.

They need to be more organized. Took my trucks in for window tint, no deals for two vehicles. Once my trucks were ready I had to bring out their installer to show them all the areas not completed or the fact they used dirty water to clean some of the windows. Also, I had a co-worker recently get tint installed on his front windows and he noticed a very noticeable scratch mark through the center of the tint. How do you say this job was done right and call the customer to come pick up. If you decide to utilize this place for detailing or window tint services be aware you will need to thoroughly do an inspection of their work. Basically, for the money your spend for any service they provide this organization should QC their own work to ensure customers will be happy.

Very happy with my purchase of the Giant Defy Advanced 1 road bike at this Bike Depot location. I was very excited to hear I got the last one in stock as there has been a massive shortage in the GTA due to the pandemic. I noticed my rear derailleur was not switching gears properly after riding for a few weeks. Emailed and received amazing assistance from Ray and John! Took my bike in and was fixed promptly after. Bike is riding like a DREAM! Thank you guys - this is the BEST BIKE SHOP IN THE GTA!

Simply the best bike shop in the RGV. Their staff is very knowledgeable and they have a variety of bicycle brands to fit your dreams and your budget. If you don't find what you are looking for they go out of their way to get it for you. The shop has group rides from beginners to advanced riders. The rides are a lot of fun and the people that ride are very friendly, welcoming and willing to share their knowledge and help as much as they can.Great shop and great bunch of people. Highly recommend them for your cycling needs. .

I've been buying road and triathlon bikes for 20 years in both Europe and Australia, Most recently I've been buying from Jay at swim bike run and I've never come across a more knowledgeable and honest sales person. the shop has a good range of bikes but Jay always tries to understand what type of riding I'm doing and only sells me what i need. i recently replaced a bike and again he took the time to go through my options before placing me on the perfect bike for me. They then turned around the bike build in no time to get me back on the road. sensational service! Jay also does a brilliant bike fit!

Just did an awesome job getting me back on my Shiv just in time for the triathlon season. Highly recommend Jay and his team! I’ve used bike shops all around Australia and in Europe. I stopped in recently on a very busy Saturday and waiting briefly in the service line before one of the bike mechanics spotted me and helped. Between him and a colleague, they made three trips to the back room to find a replacement saddle my bike. While waiting between their trips to back, I was impressed by the conversations I heard from the other sales people. Each was patient, professional, and spoke to level of cyclist they encountered. Although it was clear the sales team were experienced cyclists, I sensed no snobbery, only a genuine desire to help. Oh, and the number of bikes and selection of gear is outstanding too!!

Full disclosure, the owner of this shop is my brother in law. However, if they did not do top notch work and were not honest, I would not go there regardless of family tie. They are straight up honest, will not tell that you need work that you do not need. I have 2 Tahoes that each have over 250 thousand miles on them and they keep them going for me. Everyone I come in contact with down thete is polite and does what they can to help get you back on the road. Body work is amazing, true artistry. Prices are more than fair. Shop is clean.

They fixed my car after I had a car accident and they did a great job!! Repairs were made in a timely fashion and I was kept informed of the progress. I would definitely recommend Sudden Impact Collision if you need body work done to your vehicle.

They work to understand your needs and help you find a solution. We have a family member with special needs who loves to walk. The shoe experts watched her gait, looked at her feet, listened to our preferences, and have helped us find the correct shoe every time we purchase a new pair for walking - about every 4 - 6 months. #2 - Even though I do not fit the stereotype appearance of an athlete, I got good advice and assistance when shopping for items to support a new athletic attempt. They will take you seriously whether you are seasoned at your sport or trying something new. We highly recommend Sports Systems.

I went looking for a new saddle for my road bike, and received excellent advice and service from team member, Will. He gave good recommendations, measured me for the best fit, and installed the saddle on my bike for me even. He went out of his way to clean the top of the seatpost too to insure a proper install. I appreciate this level of service very much. For local purchase of bike parts and accessories, I will be returning to Sport Systems for sure. Ask for Will with help with your bike!

Took my bike in for a ANNUAL PRO MTB SERVICE got it back and felt like nothing was done. The derailleur still did not shift right, brakes were still spongy and whole bike was squeaking, I am sure they did not check any of the bearings. Also just before I sent my bike there I had my friend go check out there bikes. he bought one and a mile in on first ride the peddle fell off and completely shredded the threads, there fix was to glue on a sleeve. They used to be have a good bike shop, but there quality has gone way down.

My experiences with the crew at Senoia Bicycle exceeded my expectations. If you’re considering purchasing a bicycle, this is the place to be matched with one that suits your personal riding style. I can’t imagine the service being more personal and professional anywhere else. If you’re not from the Senoia area, as I am not, Senoia Bicycle is worth the drive for the perfect bike. My Sirrus X 4.0 was not in stock, but arrived within 3 days and has been well worth the short wait I endured.

I had an excellent experience today at this shop. I spoke with Carter (the shop owner) for about 45 minutes. He answered every single question I had and walked me through everything I needed to know. I really dislike leaving bad reviews but the service at this establishment I can not ignore. So it’s been a month-long journey online reading reviews and OfferUp searches on mountain bikes. I had a couple of days of work I said let’s try the local shop, soon as I entered “ LIZ “ asked me if I needed help, I said no thank you and from there it was downhill, she insisted that I take her expertise and would not let me walk freely and shop, nope not on her watch and then tell me the rules and regulations that they could only have minimum persons in this establishment at a time, I honestly don't know why this would have anything to do with me, but I asked her if she wanted me to step outside and she said no, so then she asked what can she help me with again, at this point, it was clear, Brown skin, tattoos and a mask that is required by law she wanted to hold my hands in walking. I then asked her if she would like to follow me and she again insisted on trying to make me feel very uncomfortable. I work hard for my money and decided to spend maybe a couple of thousand today in finding a great bike, please don’t stop here if you are any other color than white you may want to take your hard-earned money somewhere else, very disappointing to say the least I will be driving to Bellingham today and hopefully I can find a bike and better service.

All your bike needs from beginners to pro they have what you need. The service is second to none. They give back to the community and have a sense of home. No other place to buy your bikes and accessories in skagit and island counties.

This is an awesome Bike Shop, as are their other branches in Mount Vernon, etc. The mechanics are phenomenal and willingly help to troubleshoot. They know their stuff. Plus they’re just nice!
