My son is high energy and can quickly lose interest in something. Whether it is Christine's positive energy, or the fact that she is a mother and can therefore better meet kids on their level (and with reasonable expectations, patience, and mutual respect), my son is happy to learn yoga and mindfulness techniques through her, and he repeatedly looks forward to each class. It feels good to me to be able to bring him to a class that he enjoys so much; thank you, Christine!

My kids had the best week at Superhero Training Camp with Christine...They were excited to go each day and couldn't wait to show me what they learned when they got home. Christine is amazing with the children and has so many creative ways to teach the children important life skills like how to calm yourself when you're upset. We can't wait to work with her again in the fall!

Play to Grow Yoga is the absolute best. Christine does a fantastic job teaching my son about physical well being and all the different yoga moves. My son loves to play sports and swim- but I wanted him to try something new this winter and these classes are a combination of both physical exercise and soulful learning. Couldn’t ask for a better teacher and class for my son. He asks everyday if he can attend- so I know he LOVES it! I highly recommend signing up for anything Christine teaches- she’s a top of the line instructor and fantastic with kids!

First time go to this place, people are all friendly, get hour holistic massage, it's amazing, Sofia knows what she is doing release lots tension on my back after one day hard work. The place is new open, simplify and clean, feel very comfortable. Highly recommend, booked for next week when I left.

Thanks to the professional guidance provided by Emily A. both in advance and post knee surgery, I am well on the way to full recovery. Emily is extremely skilled, patient and creative in her approach to PT. She provides the perfect combination of challenge and encouragement. I highly recommend Emily and Real Rehab is a well-run business, staffed with the best physical therapists in town.

Real Rehab is a Real Gem! these PT's all are excellent, all do manual therapy. I've seen several over the last 6+ years -- back, neck, hip, shoulder, ankle/achilles -- excellent results, far beyond expectations in each case! they have kept me moving and doing my sports despite challenging complications of surgeries and (well, aging)! Front office staff are also friendly and very competent - great with billing my insurance too. Just be sure to be on time...they stay on schedule, and it's your loss!
