I've played tennis at this club many times and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for indoor tennis in the Hartford area. There are eight courts which are always kept in pristine condition, along with the rest of the club. The owner's and staff are extremely friendly. They have many different leagues, group lessons and private lessons available.

Nice center with 8 tennis courts. I met Magic and very engaging owner and reputable tennis coach. Home (indoor) courts for University of Connecticut. Facility hosts USTA junior tournaments and leagues for men and women. Limited visibility to far courts due to layout and seating area. Courts are good pace and construction.

We love this place. My daughter has been taking semi-private then small group lessons for a few months now. She really enjoys it.

I’m sure they do wonderful work otherwise, but I wouldn’t waste your time with their disability advice.

My children are encouraged and cared for by all the amazing teachers at NBYT! They are not only learning about acting, they are learning important life skills. Public speaking, confidence, how to give and receive constructive criticism and teamwork just to name a few. I especially love that children of all abilities are welcomed and highly recommend NBYT!!

We just moved to town and love this library! They have a fantastic children’s department - huge selection of picture books, toys for my toddler to play with, and a ton of story time/learning programs.

Context. I've been a member of the Y for like 10 years on my own pass. I use to live behind them before they tore down the building we lived in. I've pretty much been a member all my life, going since I was small. But now with how they're running their "reservations" and I can't come 10 minutes early but they "allow" you to be 15 minutes late. I wouldn't complain normally about anything. But i don't make set times to work out, I go when I go. I've had items stolen from there. Never complained. I know Mark and he also knows my family. So I'd never complain about the Ymca but now I am and I'm canceling my membership. I suggest most people do cause the way they're running it now makes no sense. Go to the new gym downtown. The receptionist who was working at 3pm 10/9/2020 is super rude, raising her voice. Assumed I was arguing but just pointing out a flawed way of doing things. And she said I don't need to stay on the phone and listen to you. I could hang up on you. Then shortly after she did hang up. Not only that. I'll comment on the rest of the amenities. The kids day care place is terrible, its to small and does smell. The locker rooms have not been updated in yearsssss. The pool is the original pool from when it was built. It's an old, out dated building and the staff are rude! Do yourself a favor and go to a gym that values their members. And almoat every gym around does not require a reservation and you can pull off or down your mask while doing cardio....so... why go to the YMCA in New Britain?

Was a loyal member for years. But I find it odd that with the gym being closed due to Covid, I'm still being charged monthly. It's being considered a donation but I didn't consent to it. Seems really unethical since no other gyms are doing it

I’ve been a member for like 8 years now. Staff is overall friendly and vigilant. Don’t leave things in the locker room without a lock because it will get stolen. I love that it’s 24/7. The exercise classes are the best! And there are so many offered at different times compared to other YMCAs, only bad thing is that one instructor teaches a lot of the classes and I just get bored with the same instructor I won’t name her because she’s nice but she should change it up. The pool is nice, but I wish they had a sauna room, that would be awesome. Overall I’m happy because it’s close to home but they should put more mirrors in the room with the mats in it!

We moved in August 2018. We needed a Preschool where my daughter would be challenged. While she was born in early July and old enough to go to Kindergarten she was not emotionally or mature enough to be in Kindergarten. We are great full for the Southington Y to have the Jump Start Program. Any parent who is on the fence about their child and age. We recommend that you check out Jump Start. As a CT certified Teacher I often ask parents while it doesn’t matter in elementary school think down the road to high school. Do you want your 14 year old in a classroom with 16 year olds who are learning how to drive? I wish we had moved a year ago. So my son could have taken advantage of Jump Start. Waiting a year has made all the difference for my children.

Love this place. The course is amazing. The staff are friendly. They honor senior prices too. Allison and Eric are wonderful and very helpful. I can't imagine a better place to play golf.

So far I have had 1 son graduate(attended TMA for 7th and 8th grade), and another son currently in 6th grade at TMA. It has been a great school for each, fully preparing them for prep high school. It is suited for students seeking an individualized curriculum combined with a truly nurturing environment and culture. Academics is enriching, and my sons are loving it there.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our dinner out on the terrace. We felt safe with COVID-19 guidelines being met. I was however taken back when the hostess seated me and said they have a time limit of an hour and a half. While my enjoyed my daughter and I fully enjoyed every mouthful. I kept feeling like our time was rushed, not with the waiter he was delightful... but I didn't finish my salad and the main entree was served. I understand restaurants are limited with the number of people that they can serve. When we left there were a bunch of empty table's. My suggestion to them is possibly rewording the time issue.

Literally got off a plane, drove to Rockledge and got right on for a Sunday afternoon 18. Not knowing (first time here), I got a cart. But played with two walking golfers and could have easily walked the round. Beautiful course, lots of TLC throughout. Great tee boxes, lush bent green fairways. Perfect greens that rolled true. Loved the layout. Nice mix of rolling hills, water, blind tee shots and challenging par threes. Bunkers in great shape. Cost was good. $48 to ride, Around $35 to walk. From the back tees, it was about 6500 yards.
