This Y is AWESOME! I was greeted with a smile everytime I came to work out and it changed my attitude. My kids love the daycare, gymnastics program, and pool. Their financial assistance makes it possible for all to be a member even when times are tough and most family events are free or a couple bucks. My grandma raved to me about the great time she had at the Silver Prom event this past weekend and it brought back our fond memories of being members. We don't have memberships now so we drop in for a small daily fee, but we plan to come back soon.

Been going here for 12 years now, once per week, during the season. Jim is very friendly, professional and courteous. I have had many lessons with him and he is spot on for this hillbilly golfer. He keeps his lessons simple and straight to the point. Quick to see the issue and recommend how to fix. The facility is always in great shape, always clean and maintained. The prices are quite competitive. He puts his lessons first and I appreciate that otherwise the limited time he gets with those wanting to learn or tweak is even more limited and sometimes he has back to back folks for lessons. Be patient if he is with someone or retrieving balls or cleaning up as he will get to you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Be patient and your time will be much more appreciated.

I've been golfing for about a year and started taking lessons with Jim and it's made a huge difference in my golf game and understanding of the golf swing. He is always able to evaluate what I'm doing quickly and helps me not only make the change to correct what I'm struggling with, but teaches me so I understand the changes. This way I know what to look for going forward when I'm practicing on my own. I highly recommend working with Jim.

I frequent this place once or twice a week and I recommend it. The price and services are very good. Jim (the owner) is very professional (perhaps that irks some folks). Golf balls are in good shape, and his prices on golf equipment is as good or better than online resellers.
