One of my better decisions on this crazy journey called life. Nex level is incredibly welcoming. I’ve tried many different gyms and this is by far is my best experience, which is why I get there almost daily. There are many class options and there is always a coach helping you along the way. Work hard and you’ll see the physical and mental results.

Great place to work out. Fantastic trainers that help to keep you on track and reach your goals. Got an injury? No worries.... they’ll modify to help you through. Been a member for almost two years and made many new friends. It’s more like an extended family than fitness center

I just completed their 6 week transformation challenge. 6 weeks of great coaching, feedback, eating better, amazing workouts and results ! The program is amazing ! I have tried multiple gyms and diets and cleanses and nothing was sustainable. I am not someone that needs to lose weight (at least my wife says that) but I wanted to start a healthier lifestyle and this has put me on the path to that. 9 pounds, 4 inches off my waist and 5% body fat loss in a short 6 weeks and I'm reading to keep this going. Andrew has been amazing coach during the 6 week program. Casey runs some amazing classes and Michelle (the owner) is extremely approachable and motivating as well. A must do if you are looking for weight loss in a healthy way and fun environment. Thank you Nex Level Team !

I’ve spend more than two months attempting to have my membership cancelled. I was told to email Keith Fox to have the problem fixed, as well as all the money charged to my account fully refunded. I sent this email months ago. The associate I spoke to on the phone assured me I would get my money back. I’ve called four times, emailed three. Every time I call I’m given a different email. Like many other reviewers, I’ve been given the run around of “someone will get back to you.” It is now September, I’ve been charged nearly $200 total despite multiple requests to have my account closed. I can’t go in person because of Covid risk, emailing and calling are my only options. This is not a problem with the associates, but horrible management. All associates help as best they can, but I have yet to hear from any sort of manager despite asking for the manager during the calls. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I belong here to swim. The female locker rooms are a drag. Bad drains. The carpeting is scary! I had a billing issue with the monthly membership charges. I was being overcharged for a number of months. With that said, the pool is great. Surrounded by glass.

I have been here for many parties, and the laser tag is great for the kids! The staff is so friendly, and is always so welcoming. My brother also uses the gym here and enjoys it very much! Would recommend to anyone just wanting an overall good place to workout!

I had a great experience with this hospital. They saved my father’s life in the emergency room. The trauma team along with the trauma attending, Dr. Thomas. I could not be more grateful for the care they provided. I am very grateful for all of the work and time they took with their care. Dr. Thomas was informative and called to update me on my father’s status. There are not enough words to express my gratitude. The ICU nurses the first day of our stay, Susan and Brett, were supportive with my dad and with our family. I am grateful for all of their work and effort and support. There was only one person of the multiple people that had a negative impact on his stay and that is the PA Stacy Stainer in the ICU. She was rude, with atrocious bedside manor. But we are grateful for our experience and the many others who kept my father alive. He is our family’s rock and I have him in my life because of all the amazing people at this hospital.

My name is Greyci Tineo. Last week I came to Bethlehem for work purposes from Virginia. Got sick as soon as I got to the Hotel. Next morning I knew I needed medical attention. Thank God I decided to stop by the emergency room at St. Luke’s Hospital. What a wonderful team of professional Doctors, Nurses, Food & Sanitation personnel. Even though I was away from home and very sick they made me feel I was home. They took excellent care of me. Today I was released and going back home. I will be forever thankful to this wonderful team of professionals. 10/02/2020

World class. I live in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area and work in the medical field. I am so glad my family member is at St. Lukes and not at one of our hospitals. He wouldn't be here today without them.

While closed, and maybe not paying attention at that period, a response when opened would have been nice. Never notified that the venue was open, just charged. Still not rebated for the charge of full membership when closed in March. Now a revised release is required to work out, while other organizations take responsibility and don't change the contract mid term without a compensation, a standard in legal changes in agreements mid term. But surely could have addressed all of this in a more professional less public way if the consistent requests for a reply were honored.

This gem is kept very clean the equipment is an excellent shape they have 3 swimming pools with different temperatures to suit different needs I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a good workout

The staff has to be the best in the valley. I’m retired and actually look forward to going to the gym as often as possible. The front desk staff is most congenial with a smile that just makes every morning a bright day. Atmosphere is friendly with people that seem to care about one another. That said there are a very few people that cause issues and are in need of reminders on proper etiquette in the gym (clean equipment) and locker room (return used towels and shower before going into the hot tub and especially after spending time in the steam room). Remember your mother isn’t here to pick up after you. The facilities and staff are top notch. The smiles are contagious. Hope to see you soon

The Swain School has been great. My son's PreSchool teachers do an incredible job of balancing being nice, showing love and compassion, and teaching respect and independence. The administration staff from Dr. Schuster, all the support staff, school nurse and all the teachers are wonderful and most importantly they care about and love the students. I know my son gets the attention and instruction he needs and wants. Thank you to everyone there.
