The bowling was fine. Service needs a make over. I used the sanitizer at the desk and it was faulty causing a stream to shoot onto my pants. No one was at the desk to assist with a napkin and they stood there staring at me. Very disappointed as my pants are equivalent to their weekly wage.

Had a good bowl but unfortunately the staff are so unorganised out of all the staff there was only 1 register open with very sliw service after being closed due to covid-19 everything especially staff should be A1.the older lady with blonde hair is a rude obnoxious

My kids absolutely love it here. It has everything you need to keep your children busy and having fun all day long. It even includes a mini putt putt course which is free when purchasing entry with the intention to use the slides! You can BYO food or eat from the cafe inside. Highly recommend. Definitely good value for money.

This is an excellent dance school. Teachers are highly qualified and students are very friendly. Both of my daughters attend and everything works extremely well. Director, Melanie is extremely talented and a very nice lady to speak with about your child's dancing. Boys and girls attend????????????

My daughter has attended Turning Pointe since she was 5 years old (she is now 11). Turning Pointe is like her second family. The teachers are very professional and provide excellent training. I would say it is the best dance school in Cairns.

Booked the flight for my wife's 70th Birthday. We were thrilled with the morning. Competent ground crew, smooth flight, exceptional informative dialogue and every process professional. Definitely a Must-do in Cairns! Great experience, stunning views (sunrise, green field, lakes, ranges), awesome staff and very good service. Pick-up was very on time and our balloonist did a great job. It's very safe and suitable for all ages. We enjoyed it very much! Highly recommend!????

I ordered a 30 minute balloon ride. The bus that picked us up from our hotel was timely and the driver was above and beyond; serving not only as a driver but a helpful tour guide as well. Arriving at sunrise, the balloons were awaiting and everything moved ahead timely. Our pilot, Josh, was fantastic. The views were spectacular, especially the wallabies below. I would recommend this to anyone. Pictures are also taken aboard which serves as great memories of a great experience.

Cairns best multi-sports venue. Great for outdoor events like Cairns on a Fork. Athletics track is open for casual use (free entry) 4-7pm Mon-Fri

Great quality and service in the pro-shop with staff having a wide knowledge of all racquets, shoes and accessories from both Wilson and Head brands. Precision stringing, and some of the best Wilson, Luxilon and Polyfibre strings. By far the best tennis club in Cairns along with Edge Hill Tennis Club with a state of the art roof being installed along with professional lighting and court surfacing. Has been phenomenal since management changed a year ago and would recommend this place to everyone. Not to mention it has an excellent coaching program for men, women and children of all levels, either in group or private lessons with a very experienced and friendly coach. Not only is their coaching, but you can join in for a social hit and get to play against new people. Along with all of this, prices for membership and court hire are very fair, as well as the wide variety of drinks, ice-creams and confectionery. Being a member is really worth the price as you get to play for free during the day and get a huge discount when playing at night under the top quality lighting and as a bonus you can play down the road at the very friendly and equally as perfect Edge Hill Tennis Club. Finally, if you are a member or a non-member you can simply ring up or email to book a court with no extra charge.

Awesomely great place for kids parties. If you are looking for a place to let the kids loose and relax at the same time this is it. Kids parties are great and very affordable. You can take your own food and drinks or get them to take care of it for you. Definately one of the best kids party spots in Cairns. They helped us organise a party 3 hours before we were due to go to Yorkeys knob community Hall. The hall cancelled us with no apology and these guys came to the rescue

Senior staff had no real interest in helping and just looked away letting a junior staff member deal with the situation. Nice flashy looking showroom with zero people skills. Got the help I needed elsewhere and won't waste my time (or money) with this company again.

Thought about sourcing a bike from cairns spoke to a Chris bloke, he needs more training on how to communicate with people talking with him doesn’t want me to make the trip to cairns and buy a bike from Yamaha..still love the bikes just not the customer service

Have booked in a trip for May2020 and the service to date has been brilliant. Always answering promptly and very professional service. They are also helping organise logistics for our bikes and gear too. These folks look to have it all covered. Keep up the good work and can't wait to start the ride!

This really was the trip of a lifetime. I hadn't been to the tip of Australia and thought that the first time would be in a 4wd but it turned out to be on a motorbike with these legends. They have been doing it for 29 year and it shows. Saw so many amazing things and got to go along the old telegraph track which was amazing. Stunning camp sites, great guys and a well run experience. We got a few flats and I came off a few times but they were always there to help. Loved every minute of it!

I booked a Cape York 8 day ride for myself and 5 mates through Renae She went out of her way to offer advice and accommodate us The ride itself was everything we had hoped for and more Roy and his team including our gourmet bush chief Westie were fantastic I can't recommend Cape York Motorcycles Adventures enough, don't get sucked into going with any of the other imposters, there is a reason Roy and Renae have been doing this for 30 years

Haven't skated for 30yrs, brought back the fun. Had a kids party there and was supported by staff. Lots of fun. Only aircon could have made it better.
