Salty Girls has changed my life. My lessons are a big highlight in my week. The coaches and other ladies are all so friendly and we have lots of laughs. It is a beautiful place to enjoy with birds and few animals in the open. You can take pictures with koalas, you can feed kangaroos. If you really want the kangaroos to eat what you feed better go there early because it gets overfed eventually by everyone and does not eat. But it is a great experience if you are seeing them for the first time. Parrots feeding happen in the morning 8 am and the evening 4pm . My advise is to go in the mornings so that many will be there for you to feed. And don't miss the bird show. It is amazing.

We are huge fans of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and we visit frequently. Animals are well cared for, and you can get up close and personal with a few hands on animal experiences. It’s well signed and there are plenty of friendly staff and volunteers around to assist finding things. You are always greeted warmly at the entry and directed where to find the online maps and show timetables for that day. The new kids play area and water splash section are a great addition to the park and are a family favorite. We also can’t go here without a trip to feed the kangaroos.

Any place where I can hold a koala gets high marks in my book! I did have to take away a star because I felt something was lacking. The zoo itself is massive, but I felt like we spent more time walking than we did enjoying different animals. Where were they?? There were plenty of koalas and kangaroos, but it doesn't seem like this particular zoo has many unusual animals. And the ones that they did - there was only one of them or they were difficult to know/understand that it was a special animal. I'd go back, but only to take visitors from out of town.

Great location, friendly staff. Wide open spaces with lots of trees and shady spots. The bathrooms are very tidy, cleaned early every morning. Definitely a great place to stay overnight or even for a few weeks.

After sorting out our site (someone had pitched their camp on our allocated site); I was very grateful that there was a reeled hose available for use as the local birds had completely "deposited their business" all over our camp site equipment (caravan, annexe, chairs, car, etc). It would be very helpful to have more of these available and accessible to all sites please. Amenities were clean with the park about half full. Kids area is good and would appreciate some kind of voucher system allowing each camp site 2 vouchers to enjoy the games room included in the price of stay; as it's a bit pricey at $3.00 per game / activity. I do understand that the fee is to ensure upkeep and respect for the facility. Well worth a look if you require camp kitchen, showers, toilets, pool, playground and walking access to the airport, local shops for food, groceries, leisure activities, night life, pubs, clubs, festivals, twin towns, etc

Loved this park. Has everything you could ever want in a caravan park. We had a water front site (this I 100% recommend), so relaxing, comfortable, good size lots and good amount of room to get the van in. Staff were fantastic and amenities were clean. We have already booked to come back.

Great if you get a space close to the creek. Gets busy on peak so book early. Awesome for kids to make new friends. Well-kept amenities. Beautiful scenery. Food trucks come on-site which means adults can stay put and relax!

Great way to spend the day viewing the animals and enjoying the flurry of noises around the park. Id suggest you wear comfortable shoes though and also its worth eating lunch before heading in as food prices are quite high.
