Good driving range if you like people jammed up on you chatting with their buddies on your backswing, dudes backed up in the spot in front of you hitting off of where they should be standing, almost hitting you with their backswing, and multiple people hovering over your shots waiting on your space like vultures. I just started playing again after not hitting a golf ball in twenty years. Etiquette is part of the game. I’d just like to enjoy myself. I won’t try to do so here again. Update* Three stars for polite response here from manager. The range still sucks though. Way too close together.

Love the campus! I grew up visiting NC State and I am now a junior here and I love it so much. The campus is so beautiful and even though it's big, you can easily find your way around after being here for a few days. The food is actually a lot better than I expected and there are tons of options including the dining halls, Talley Student Union, and the Atrium Food Court. D.H. Hill library is my favorite place to go for studying and they recently renovated it so it is really updated and has lots more group study space! Great place to be and it is still open to walk around and go into Talley.

As an experienced golfer who has been exposed to most every level of the golf course experience, North Ridge CC (NCRR) remains at the top of my preferred local course list. NRCC features two 18-hole championship golf courses which I have found in consistently pristine condition. Both courses are designed to accommodate all levels of players. Whatever your level, you can choose your challenge. The driving range and short game practice areas are also maintained to the highest standards. I also value the family atmosphere of this club, the courteous and highly skilled golf professionals, the variety of dining experiences (great food), and especially the continued support of both male and female junior golf.

This club has been a wonderful place for our family to come to. We joined the club 6 weeks ago and are thankful we made the decision to do so. The staff is always on their A game and treat not only me and my wife well, but are amazing with our three little girls. The two golf courses have always been in pristine conditions and play very well. The dining options throughout the day are diverse and plentiful. This place is ideal for a family looking to join a club. The Christmas brunch was spectacular, here is a photo of my little family at the event.

Very interesting exhibits and ideally located downtown. The floors take you through several different topics, such as time periods, different flora and fauna of NC, and methods of preservation. The top floor features a butterfly exhibit that lets you walk through and possibly have a butterfly land on you. A cafe and theater are also at the location, and a skybridge takes you to a lab across the street.

I've been going to this museum since the most recent relocation and renovation. I'm not a fan of the layout and open plan but I can still appreciate the intention thereof. It is a great resource for the community and the fact that it is free makes it accessible to peoples that might otherwise not attend. Highly recommended.

I went there as a Poll Observer for Precinct 55-49 which is located at the NCCU Law School Justice. Outside there was a DJ doing a 'Rock The Vote'. Parking was easy for voting. They had 2 lots designateed for voters. It would be helpful to have greater civic education in schools.

Both my boys love their camps when we come to NC and during all this quarantine they have both enjoyed the science experiment kits that have been mailed to us. It’s a great deal and keeps them busy and also learning. Thanks SFFE for being such a great place for the kids to come learn and have fun!!

I absolutely LOVE their science kits. We bought a subscription of them for our autistic son who has SPD. Not only are they great for sensory seekers, but it’s a great tool to work with for kids who are aversive to certain textures as well. Our son isn’t big into textures like slime, but he’s willing to brave it and dig through the slime to pick out rocks, shells, fossils and minerals. Every month we look forward to digging through our kit to find what exciting treasures are buried beneath the surface.

Many reviews seem to knock this fabulous escape because it only allows in town guests on Wednesdays.....well, then, have your in town friends JOIN! That is exactly why we joined here 9 years ago because our kids said "all our friends go there", they LOVED when they could go to 7 Oaks, even though we live in a nearby neighborhood with a pool. Best decision ever! Kids have top-notch swimming skills (7 Oaks regularly comes in the top spots for Wake County swim team meets), hubby and I enjoy the Adult Only nights (jazz band playing while we enjoy dinner and drinks with friends), and it is clean and beautiful - has been a much needed vacation-like escape during these Covid times! Other families in our North Raleigh neighborhood have joined once they saw this too....you cannot go wrong at Seven Oaks....worth every penny! (Btw there is a strategy to only letting in town guests come one day a week....it makes the pool much less crowded for paying members the other six days...bc so many friends come on Wednesday (like we did!)....so, join!!)

We have been members at Seven Oaks for several years now. There are so many things to love! 4 separate pools including an "adult-only" pool and a baby pool, 3 diving boards, slide, and small playground. There are frequently bands being hired to play and kegs for 21+. They also bring in food trucks and snow cone trucks regularly. The swim team is excellent, and the tennis program is wonderful too! Only negative is you can't bring in-town guests except on Wednesdays and our children's school friends don't belong. Would be great if they changed that policy! Otherwise a great club, highly recommend!

I encourage you to speak with several other families, who have enrolled their children here at St. Timothy's. I am certain you will find that they overwhelmingly agree with our own experience. After four years as a St. Timothy's family, we cannot imagine sending our child anywhere else. We were looking for a school that not only gave our child a complete, traditional education, but one that fostered emotional and character growth. We found that and more at St. Timothy's. Grounded by a goal of whole-life preparation, St. Timothy's is exceptional in leadership development, character-building, community engagement and the fostering of Christian ethics. It has a rare balance of traditional, classic education and the real-life skills needed to prepare children for an emerging world. Our child is a stronger student, as well as a more rounded individual, who will be well prepared for the next phases of both academics and life.

A bit like meeting that special someone- sometimes you just know. That was our experience after much research and touring multiple schools for our two boys. I am pleased to say we feel as confident in our decision today, as we did four years ago. The teachers are wonderful, and really get to know your child. Communication with the teachers and school is excellent. We like the ability based groupings within each grade for math and reading. The student can move to a different group during the year based on the child's needs. Preventing boredom, promoting challenges. All without endless testing. The after school program is great- many working parents here. The full time school nurse, caring teachers, sports, band, art... we feel fortunate to have found a school where our children are learning not only curriculum based concepts, but character building traits as well.

Parent - We spent a collective 12 years at St. Timothy's with two children. We knew we made a good decision but as time went by we realized we made a great decision. Not only do they have a strong academic program that prepared our children for high school, but the environment and the support by teachers, staff and fellow parents made it that more enriching. My daughter who is in college, reflects very fondly on her experience and visits the campus whenever she can. She calls several of the teachers "good friends" who she stays in contact with today. I applaud the work they have done and only wish they had a high school option!

Sun Star Family Farm is a wonderful, enriching experience for children. My daughter attends the preschool, run by Ms. Heidi, and I have nothing but glowing reviews for the quality of care. The children get to play outside, build strong social skills, interact with gentle, clean farm animals, and overall have a blast! We especially love the cute baby goats, squirmy guinea pig, and gorgeous horses. In addition to the top notch day-to-day care, Ms. Heidi is constantly event planning for the children and families. Christmas, Thanksgiving, May Day, St. Patricks Day, etc, etc. are always fun and special holidays for the children. Games, crafts, fresh foods, time honored cultural rituals, special guest appearances of Santa, good company...I could go on and on about the great social events! Last but not least, I fell I should mention that the preschool philosophy is based on the Waldorf method of teaching, and it was an excellent way to help my daughter 'come out of her shell.' She was very shy when she started the school, but with Ms. Heidi's loving, gentle guidance and a homey, warm environment, my daughter is now a social butterfly, ready to take on kindergarten. For children who are naturally social, Waldorf seems a fantastic fit, but for kids like mine who need a bit of help learning how to interact socially, Sun Star Family Farm is a blessing!

Enrolling our daughter here has been an absolutely amazing experience! I cannot speak highly enough of Heidi and her approach with not only watching after the kids, but also fostering their creativity, and helping them grow in so many ways. SunStar offers a calm, safe and loving environment for kids to learn and discover the world and I feel our daughter's life has been truly enriched by attending.

I have devoted my life to creating a warm and nurturing place for children to be creative. I give myself five stars because I know how hard I work, how devoted I am to the kids and the amazing art projects I prepare. I am a mother of four and I care for kids in my supervision just like they are my own. I have seen children's joy for life and self confidence explode when they are creating art. Art does wonderful things for this world and I'm so happy I get to help children experience its magic.

As a low handicap player I had the pleasure to play this course from the tips. The course was in great shape and the greens were a challenge with their suttle breaks My wife also played and does not play to the same standard of golf and found some of her shots which needed to carry over trouble difficult. The young man in the Pro shop was very helpful and knowledgeable about the course. He politely asked if my wife & myself were over 60 which we are, and adjusted the price accordingly. Regardless of the price, this course is well worth the money that you pay. Unfortunately as I live in Fl I can not play this course that often but I definitely be back there as soon as I can.
