I really had a very positive working experience with NVCSS-California Hope. I can not say Enough Good things about the California Hope program and its manager and team leads. I attended some high-quality trainings and NVCSS wide gatherings. In my experience, NVCSS-Cal Hope really takes care of its employees and staff-this includes all the paid days off. My favorite thing about working for Cal Hope was the magnificent team that I worked with working with the survivors of the Camp Fire. I HIGHLY Recommend working for NVCSS and/or California Hope.

This is such a great community partner is assisting so many in that community! So many different services they offer! I really like the Clothes That Work part that has really helped me along!

Maria Morales, got exactly what I needed super fast! and Jon L. very good at listening and caring fellow, you guys are amazing!!!!???? I would give 5 stars, if not for Noah Chutz, whom would not even listen to my symptoms, gave me cream, when i needed antibiotics. He was very much a know it all and I guess he thought he knew my body better than me....if I get Lyme disease, it will be all on that guy. What a jerk. Get the right staff, and they are wonderful!

I went in last night and had a friend come in earlier that put me as his emergency contact sense he doesn’t have family. I heard the nurse say “her friend was just in here for stomach pain and now she is so just give her an Ativan and send her home”. I was In there for chest pain and heart palpitations I’ve had for months. Blurting out other peoples names that come into the hospital is called a Hippa violation. You’d think the nurses know not to do that. I had no idea my friend was in there hours before me. They act like everyone in there just wants drugs and treat you that way. Do better.

I’m Having Cardiac problems. Been to the ER 5 times for this. They prescribe me a beta blocker. Which I’ve never taken. Then sent me along. They aren’t finding the underlying issue. Obviously something is wrong. I have been in the hospital 5 times in 2 weeks.. I am tired of getting poked for nothing an having no help. They tell me I’m at risk of a stroke or heart attack an send me home. They tell me to not stress. Well, telling someone they are at high risk then sending them home is gonna make them stress. They say if you have chest pain, shortness of breath, back pain, arm pain or neck or jaw pain come back. Also dizziness or blackouts. Well I’ve had all of these an I went in an they Did blood,X-ray an EKG an then released me. Said I had A-Fib. I feel like they are just using a old history instead of finding out what’s actually happening. I don’t know what to do. I feel like I’m waiting to die basically because no one will actually take the time to help find what’s actually wrong. I don’t wanna feel like this anymore.
