This is a nice long walk from my house so good exercise. However, ample parking spaces abound. BE SURE TO WEAR YOUR MASK EVEN IF IT'S OUTSIDE! Everyone in the national park does this, it's only respectful. You'll find more than just flowers here, there's the Corinthian columns and the stream that has been restored into it's original meandering shape in order to study ecological restoration. The park is huge, so pack a picnic. The only negative right now is not all areas are open due to covid. Enjoy it while it's warm.

The Arboretum is lovely this time of year. While many of the flowers aren't in bloom the tree leaves are gorgeous and the weather is great for walking on numerous trails. The Arboretum is large so spend some time picking a parking lot near where you want to go. Plenty of tree trunks and stumps are great for kids to climb plus lots of open spaces for running or cycling. Masks were required.

Its tough to give this place a 1 star, because a few of the professors are good. But most of them are in it for the money, and dont out anything into the class. Online classes have been a joke by most of the professors this summer. Some of the assignments aren't graded for like a month after you complete them. No response to emails, and so forth. The high level deans are awesome and caring. But the assistant deans are buddies with the professors, so nothing gets done by them when you ask for assistance.

I had been looking for a serious Archery place to train for a while, and suddenly there was one in town! Friendly and helpful, featuring two amazing coaches for all levels of Olympic recurve Archery. They have beginner classes for kids and adults as well as an intensive program with a level 4 USA ARCHERY coach. Prices are fair and the availability is awesome. They just moved to a new incredible space and are upgrading everything. I don't fence, but the instructions are so good with kids and everyone always seems like they're learning so much. Highly recommend!!

Very poor customer service. My partner and I drove 1 hour for a fencing class. Prior to us driving I called two weeks in advance inquiring on beginner classes and was told first timers could come in on Thursdays after 7:30 pm although their website communicates differently. When we arrived to the club we were turned away because there was no fencing class, in fact the fencing class was scheduled for an earlier time. I mentioned to the man who was facilitating the archery class that a gentleman named Greg referred us and all he could do was say the class was not being held and didn’t apologize or anything for the significant time that was wasted driving 2 hours. I will not be returning and taking my interests elsewhere.

Best pool in Northern VA. Several pools for all ages and skill levels. Concessions second to none volleyball court. Membership has a waiting list so you better know somebody that already is

The best place to be if you want to become a better athlete or to be in the best shape of your life. I am an aspiring professional athlete and training here at Performance Fitness was a great decision. Pablo and all of the other PR instructors are great instructors that are experts in their field. When doing drills Pablo just doesn't tell us what to do, he informs us on why we are doing it. He explains what is being improved while doing the drill and gives us(the players) a better understanding. Same with lifting. When we are working out with weights Pablo explains what muscle group is being worked and how it become stronger with the movement of the workout. Ultimately, if your desire as a person is to become stronger or fit, Performance Fitness is the place to be.

Professional, personal, knowledgeable and encouraging staff make the workouts (normally a pain before I went or PR Performance) a far more of enjoyable experience. I am actually pumped and excited for the workouts and training sessions as the highlight of my day. I am kept on my toes -- working harder every session and enjoying every second of it while I am seeing the results -- not only in my physical appearance (and waistline) but how I am thinking and feeling about life. I try to maintain and active lifestyle and have had to deal with middle-age sports related injuries. I had history with different treatments and fitness programs, and I I must confess I approached PR Performance with a bit of skepticism. But I got a full personal evaluation and an individualized program to help me address my nagging injuries and get better while improving my overall health, quicker that I ever expected and in ways I didn't think possible. This is not only my experience, but I see a diversity of people and clients there -- some younger and more athletic, and some older and maybe less so -- but all are challenged positively and improving noticeably. Every one I see there both come with an expectant smile and leave with a satisfied. I have never seen that in any of the many gyms or with the personal trainers I have had in my past. For me, PR Performance is a cut above with their holistic approach to physical and mental health. I can't say enough good things about them, but in sum, PR Performance has dramatically improved my life for better and I wholeheartedly and overwhelmingly recommend them to anyone, at any age, seeking to improve their health, in body and in mind, recover from injuries, and to get the most of life.

Best gym I have ever come across Pablo and his staff are the best at what they do. Every staff me ever has there own style and are always there and excited to help people achieve there goals. They do everything from treating injuries to weight loss to better performing at your desired sport. Great great place to be around and be a part of , I would highly recommend !!

I drove from out of town to try there brunch buffet. I got there at 12 which is the time it started and they weren't open. The lights were off and there was nobody insight. It was a group of 8 of us we all called several times. So we left. They open the doors 20mins later when i drop pass. I will not be attempting to try this place again

Rude and unorganized. Reservations don’t mean much here..food was mediocre. They sat 8 of us at basically a coffee table...The mimosas had NO ALCOHOL. I drank 5 and felt absolutely nothing. And to top it all off it was cash only($40) and you had to pay at the door with no refund so no chance of disputing any discrepancies. I suggest anywhere else but here..

Super Fowl Cycling created an amazing cycling tour of the north shore of Jamaica for just us. We experienced the true Jamaican culture and challenged our cycling ability to boot.
