For years I had been trying to exercise in various ways, home, gym, classes and had never stuck with anything for long. So I decided to start “working out again” and found Mama Bootcamp so decided to give it a try. I was immediately hooked! The variety of locations and classes worked perfect for my schedule and I loved the enthusiasm/suppprt of the coaches. I also loved that even though it’s a group class they really work with each individual no matter your level to modify your exercises so it’s what you can do as you get stronger. All the women are great and it’s something I look forward to doing each week. So I love it and I recommend it!

I have been coming to bootcamp for 6 weeks. I have had the best time. Lorri Ann is great she has helped not only to get in shape but also to make new friends, and get healthy

In great condition with wide open fairways. Green complexes are a bit boring, but smooth and fast enough for fun rounds. Limited OB, but some protected areas require a drop. Good course overall.

School went downhill since Mr. Penermon left. Lots of unnecessary meetings taking time out of student's days. Various situations putting students in danger are poorly handled by the new vice principals. Ms. Leeper is a horrible teacher. I could go on but it would take me an essay.

personally i like natomas high it has good teachers, but i do agree many students there are very ignorant, but there is also a growing population of good students there. plus, chances are if you hated natomas with a burning passion, you were either one of the ignorant people who made trouble for your selves and others and blamed it on others or you simply one of many students who just dont think school is helpful in anyway.

I Love Orangevale. I moved up here from Lemon Grove in 1978, I love it here . I really like the small community feel of Orangevale. It is like that it is alot like Lemon Grove, but I think Orangevale is better.????????✝️. I became a Christian, child of God in my 40's. This probably wouldn't happened if I hadn't moved up here.

I love the programs ov paks offers. From sports, and summer activities for my son I am grateful for this place. Especially in summer for the fun camps they have! The coaches for basketball are great and so for soccer!

I find that throughout the years, this facility and the staff just get better and better. I have always been able to walk in during business hours and get any answer I need, as well as through their phone system. The website is updated frequently and seems to be easily navigated through the phone and desktop computer. The options for family fun are year round! They offer all types of classes, socialization and events for different ages during each season. The pool is really great, my kids are obsessed with going to play! The fun pool events are really neat and my kids love it. The park and rec in Orangevale has a big job, with multiple parks and facilities to work on and maintain. The workers are always friendly and take pride in the quality parks Orangevale has to offer. I also love that this is usually a polling place for the community. I highly suggest checking their website and looking at the seasonal Activity Guide. You will find fun for your little kids, big kids, teenagers, adults and even events for seniors! I always look at the surrounding city's activity guides and find that Orangevale holds the best events.

No one around to ask any questions to. Come to find out that they don't have any dogs for adoption. With no one to ask, About any dog. Why should I give a 5, when their was nothing or no one for me, just to ask a question. One question that's it, just one.

Have lived in the area since I was a kid, and its a good spot to workout, there's everything you could want there (weight room, tennis courts, pool, sauna, place to drop kids off). Everyone there is very nice and helpful, and unless you go during class time, there's not too many people there so you always have access to equipment.

Awesome club, great for gathering with family and friends. Obviously not right now but they have taken great strides to provide a variety of socially distanced fitness activities during COVID.

The new playground at Rusch is so cool, my daughter loves it! The old playground was VERY outdated and was surrounded by sand. This one has a bouncy material that surrounds it, which makes it feel very safe. The playground itself is quite large and has cool features that I haven't seen before at other parks. Going to have a hard time getting my child to leave lol!
