Such a great place to learn dance at. I would have never had such a fun time learning dance if I had not gone here. Not only is every teacher nice and funny, but they push you to be your best too. Every student is every welcoming and sweet. I wrote this because I got upset with seeing all of the one star review because laba is the best. They also go slow with teaching new things because ( and I am just guessing here) they do not want to put any kid in a unwanted state. Laba is a great place to send you kid!

I love this studio! Never been to such a good ballet school! I mostly do ballet and contemporary, and I love it! However, they do go a bit slow in teaching new things in their classes. Otherwise, this is a GREAT studio!!!

I love this studio. Roxana is an incredible teacher. A truly caring, passionate and talented teacher and ballerina. I finally have a teacher that corrects me a LOT which is one of the most important thing to become a great dancer and with good technique. The staff is very nice and they have a big studio.

The McGroarty Arts Center is a haven for poets and artists in Los Angeles. What a wonderful poet to celebrate, and to be at his house gives writers a moment to walk in history. The furniture and art are spectacular. This is a beautiful venue for events as well.

I love McGroarty! I've taken many fun and superbly creative classes here! Right now I'm taking ceramics and loving it! The teachers are inspirational and the whole ceramic community is warm and welcoming!

I love mountain gate, it's amazing, the view? Splendid. Anything else awesome, there are like 20 tennis courts! It's awesome! And after that, you could chill in the lounge, I love it, I used to take tennis lessons and OMG, I loved it, I improved so much in 4 years!!!!

Daughter played ASA softball here for 8 years (went on to play MS, HS & College (DIII)). Fields are spectacular -- below ground concrete dugouts! Wooden fences (not just chain link)! Totally pro atmosphere. Coaches on our teams were some of the best imaginable -- never had a school coach that compared. Drew the best girls from the entire area -- West Valley, Burbank, San Fernando, even Santa Clarita. Super high level of training & competition, yet space for every kind of girl. Beautifully organized & run; whole facility is a dream for families. Met lots of great people, parents & kids, here. Great asset to Northridge.

Spacious perfect for playing baseball or softballs and was always well kept. Staffs were friendly too. The best place to bring your kids for them to meet new friends and play balls.

No, no ride is worth 3.5 hour wait. It’s a pretty cool ride but I like Twisted Colossus better. I do think they could do more with the queue. When you watch the same looping videos for over an hour they get old fast. The second launch is cool but I feel they could go faster. I’m not sure if this is permanent, or not, but they have you empty your drinks before heading up the stairs and you place your items in buckets before boarding. May be temporary but the sink is permanent.

Great ride, decent airtime with forceful turns, great for people getting into coasters with inversions. The only problem I have is the comfort collars, they make it hard to get in and out of the trains. I like it anyway.

An amazing ride. It's more of a crowd pleaser than an adrenaline rush, but it's still great. The racing theme of the ride is quite awesome, and the aesthetics of the ride when viewed from the ground is complete eye-candy. It's a fun ride and I personally prefer it over Full Throttle since it is longer with a similar feeling ride, to me.

I love these guys! From the friendly greeting by Selena, to the talented and passionate staff. My son has studied with Paxton for a couple of years, and he loves him. He gets challenged every week in their one on one classes. I hear their camps are great as well. It's lovely having a place so close with such knowledgable and loving staff.

The very best thing about School of Rock is the Staff. Teachers are talented, passionate musicians who know their stuff, as well as caring instructors with a good balance of fun and discipline. On top of this, they're also good, caring humans. The management and administrative staff are also outstanding, from customer service to caring for kids. The overall effect of all these cool people is that it creates a community that's rooted in loving and learning music and growing into a better person as well as performer. If I'm being 100% honest, then I should add that my kid might not be as enamored with School of Rock as I am--learning something new is hard. Learning how to cope with band dynamics can also be tricky (as anyone who's ever been in a band will tell you). What he doesn't realize (yet) is that all these challenges are so, so good for him. The staff at School of Rock also knows this, and their commitment to his growth and their patience with his challenges are just an absolute treasure. Finally: seeing your kid rocking out on stage with a band and developing his own passion for music is simply awesome.

I soon met Harold, who was super nice and actually ended up polishing my shoes for free with beeswax. No pressure to buy, just helpful advice. While waiting for the shoes I observed other sales people and they also seemed to be giving thoughtful legitimate care to the other customers. Good work guys. Thanks again

We have been thrilled with our daughter’s theater experience. She has loved every rehearsal and the performances are top notch. Shayna and Alex and all the counselors are fantastic. I have to say, when the performance starts, I have a huge smile on my face from start to finish. I can’t wait for the next show!

Shayna's is a real professional in producing musical theater shows with kids of all ages and levels. She has a great ability to make kids fall in love with musical theater for years to come. My daughter participated in her production of "Legally Blond" last year (she had the lead role) and she can't wait to come back and spend more time acting, singing and dancing. I highly recommend Shayna's academy- she inspires kids to shine while encouraging them to be confident, out going and courageous! And the best part- the kids have a great time while making new memories and friends.

My Daughter's experience has been nothing short of amazing. She started at 7 yo and is now helping as a CIT . She has always felt it is an inclusive environment and has gained much confidence from performing. The staff is wonderful . Each musical is done twice, so everybody receives a larger role for one show, and a smaller role for the other. It is nice that every kid gets that opportunity for a bigger role. This is a truly one of the best musical theatre places around!
