Clueless management, questionable sanitation and predatory practices. My family was initially impressed with the falls before Trufit took over. Then the trouble started. We were excited to try the pool for the season, but was quickly disappointed by the apathetic high school students that staffed the grill / bar and drunken patrons displaying PDA. Further disappointment when we all had rashes after swimming in the pool, not sure what we came into contact with there, but this has never happened before. Multiple times I called attempting to cancel my membership only to be told that my membership wouldn't expire for a couple of months and would not autorenew. Come to find out that my contract was already expired and autorenewed for months. I could have cancelled at anytime. Their clueless staff cost us several hundred dollars by being deceitful with each cancellation attempt. My fault for taking them at their word. In short, stay away unless you're desperate for tennis lessons. There are many much better gyms in town.

I love The Falls! It’s such a warm and inviting atmosphere, it feels like home! I’ve been coming here for almost a year and I love the staff and the facility. From the equipment to Child care, hot tub, sauna, and classes, Pickleball, Tennis for adults and children, and summer at the pool what’s not to love?!

The best place to workout and swim in Lubbock! It’s always so clean and taken care of. They have great classes and equipment. Marti Watts made the joining process so easy and makes you feel like you’re family.

I cannot say enough great things about St. Luke's Preschool and PDO. My children have attended since infants, and we have had nothing but a positive experience with caring teachers. I love that they learn about the Bible and am so confident in the education that my daughter has received there and know she is ready for her next level!

My daughter attended St. Luke's for pre-school and PDO. She has fond memories of her time spent there. The teachers are amazing and loving.
