This is only my 7th ever Google review, because I need to be either very impressed or very disappointed before doing so. My experience with The Basement Doctor was great from start to finish. The sales rep. Jesse, was personable and worked with me to determine the amount of work that I felt comfortable with. The foreman for my job was Greg Cohen, and I have to say that he impressed me very much. He was on-time, worked very hard without breaks, was polite, and did a great job in my basement. The other crew member, Cody was equally hard working, on-time and polite. I could tell that both men took pride in their work and in The Basement Doctor. They cleaned everything up nicely before they left too! I'm glad that I went with The Basement Doctor instead of the other basement companies I considered, and recommend them highly.

We called the Basement Doctor to repair a leak in one of our basement walls. Scott Lee arrived at our house to make an assessment and provide an estimate. We decided to not only have Basement Doctor repair the wall but also install a window well for our backyard basement window. Santos Calderon was assigned our job. He performed a preliminary job inspection two days prior and then arrived on time on the scheduled day to do the work. The finished project is awesome. The hole in the wall is securely repaired from both the inside and outside and the window well looks great. We are very pleased with the end product. Both Scott and Santos were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Each performed his job well. In our present climate, both acknowledged the precautions they are taking to keep themselves and the customers’ safe and more importantly, each followed them while on the job at our home. We would recommend using the Basement Doctor for leak issues in a basement or if you need window wells installed.

I was directed to shop through Ritchie’s on their social media. They post so much great content and really know how to bring in customers! The staff was really great and helpful when searching and picking customization pieces. Most definitely recommend stopping by, and possibly getting a custom t-shirt, or I got a mask!! Awesome!!

I only put the one star because I had to to write this. I learned today that my favorite employee is gone. It's going to be rough to conduct business knowing that she is no longer with the company. Not to mention that she was always a smiling face with my best interest in mind.

Use caution. Went during the week to avoid weekend crowds. Everyone on the trails were quite friendly and respectful of space. This is a great Ohio getaway destination!

I had not been back to hike into Old Mans Cave in many years. There are a lot of stairs to go up and down. Well marked trails. Views are amazing. Free to enter. I enjoyed this trip very much.

I have suffered from bursitis for 5 years or more. The worst pain in my hips. I gained a lot of weight as well because I couldn’t exercise without the pain arriving a few days later. I decided to invest in a good pair of shoes so I went to Second Sole. The shoes were delivered to my house which was nice. I wore the shoes for one of my runs. I didn’t have any pain. I got running shoes so I decided not to wear them for my cycling and aerobics class during that same week. I instantly had hip pain. So I decided to wear them for every workout. I still can’t believe it. I haven’t had any pain since I started wearing these shoes. The Haylee at Second Sole really took the time to listen to me and because of that I found the perfect shoe. I know it’s just a shoe but my quality of life has improved so much because I’m not walking around with hip pain. I’m so glad I invested in a decent pair of shoes. This is a great company with Knowledgeable staff. I’ll be going back for every pair of running shoes.

From the moment I entered the door, the customer service was exceptional. They set the standard for how a buying experience should be. The sales manager who assisted me was clearly passionate about running and living an active lifestyle, and he applied his knowledge about the products at the store to guide me to a shoe purchase that was a perfect fit for me. I will certainly be giving them more business in the future.

My daughter has really grown as a tennis player because of the opportunities she has been exposed to at Schroeder’s. The facilities are always clean and the staff is phenomenal. It is clear the center has a desire to share and promote the love of the game of tennis.

I love the ymca its a great place! I just hate the child watch for people who work through the week and they only do it until 730, Me getting off at 630 and heading straight there with my family, My huband and I only get a 30 minute workout at best, I didnt know they would close eairler going into the Spring/Summer months, I thought maybe with it being brighter outside longer the hours would change for the better. I may have to cancel my membership and find another place to workout ;(

Reasonable membership and personal trainer fees. They offered a military discount which as a veteran is nice. Has a small children center and is kid friendly. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. Has nice locker rooms and showers which is great to clean off the sweat and change if you need to be somewhere after getting a workout in. Has a great pool and even offers classes on swimming and such. Some classes are provided free with a membership.

Since diagnosed in 2008, I have seen 5 different doctors. Dr. Sheppard is #6 and my final. He is wonderful. The staff is incredible. I can't even describe the feeling of compassion and comfort from the moment you step in the door. It's so personal. If you have an MS diagnosis, GO TO THE OAK CLINIC.
