We had a swim meet there... the hosting Tiger Sharks decided to let all the local parents and families take over the whole facility and placed our kids for the competition outside the complex in a small tent in the wet and muddy grass. We were shocked to see such an unhospitable and unsportsman like attitude from what is supposed to be a hosting team for a kids competition. The only community to be this way out of the whole South Louisiana region.

This place has been amazing for practice. I'm definitely gonna miss this place. The best golf range facility in Shreveport/Bossier area. I'd rather hit balls here, than to play in some of these bad condition golf courses we have in the area Robert and wife are the most friendliest folks around.

Never step foot in the building but drive by daily always clean alway packed golf course always well well well well kept haven't heard anything bad about it from any of the residents

Course was not in the condition you would expect for the price: patchy greens in some places, traps hard and not maintained, etc. TERRIBLE pace of play... two groups of 4+ in front of me (a single) hacking away and REFUSED to let me play through. Not a Marshall in sight. Nearly five hours to finish 18 by myself and teed off before 8:00AM. Miserable.

I have been going to camp here since I was 7 and I love it. It is a great place for your kids to grow up and when I heard they were closing I was in shock and then someone bought it and saved it I was so excited even though I missed a year of camp I get to be a counselor now which has been my dream since I was 6!!

Mary Joan has always been so incredibly helpful and runs a wonderful business. She has helped me make countless Christmas and Fathers Day gifts over the years, helping finish pieces and putting hand and feet prints on plates etc...She runs a fun summer camp which is a nice indoor option in our HOT summer. Thank you for putting up with my boys making messes and asking for more and more paints!! Great option too for class gift projects for school auctions. You can take the item with you and return it to her to have it fired.

I was looking for a place to take my nephew to do something we could do together. We had such a great time. The staff were so helpful and friendly. My nephew painted a snake and I painted a mermaid jewelry holder for my niece. They still have their pieces. We definitely plan on going back.

This place is so much fun!! My husband and I went here to paint something special for our unborn baby that we didn’t know the gender of. After we found out the gender and picked up our lovely finished product, Debbie, who helped us pick the perfect colors and product and design actually came out to congratulate us!!! Not only was she amazing and super helpful during the process, but she even remembered the names we had chosen if it were a boy or if it were a girl!!! I highly recommend this place. It’s quaint and relaxed and has amazing pricing and products available. Excellent turn around time too! Just took us a while to pick up because of scheduling but when we did, we couldn’t have been happier with it!

What a poorly managed racing company. I was scheduled to do the Las Vegas Women’s Half long before the covid-19 ordeal and the course wasn’t even finalized. The course changed drastically weeks before the race. I could tell that, if this race would have went on as scheduled, it would have been a poorly planned cluster. Luckily for them...they didn’t have to follow through with their plans because the event had to be cancelled by default. They sent out a notification that participants could either defer to their new race date or complete a virtual half marathon, for which they would mail out your finisher’s packet. When I emailed them completion of my race, they asked me to pay shipping for my packet, since they’d incurred too many costs and I had purchased my race entry for a pittance. I understand that the costs for shipping these items was high, but this should NOT have been an option if they were not prepared to incur the costs OR it should have been clearly stated that the participant was responsible for them. In the end, I chose to simply defer, even though I did run my half marathon. I don’t have a lot of faith that the event will go smoothly, or even at all, on its new date. Judging by previous reviews and my own interaction with the company, I have little hope.

Poorly executed Veterans Day 10K/5K in New Orleans. Severe lack of communication until the week of the event including where to pick up packets and changed venue location last minute. Boring course layout that was 300m too long, cheap event t-shirt and finisher medals. Despite having a link to proxy waivers to pick up pakcets for other people, the link ever worked. Packet pickup on site the day of was very slow due to lack of staff which led to delayed race start. No corral assignments. Perhaps the worse part was the chip timing. Lots of people's timing was messed up (mine read 15 minutes slower than my actual time). Cannot use this event to help place for future events. I'm only giving 2 stars because the event wasn't canceled.

Canceled Tyler Half Marathon & 5K a week and a half out from the race and stated that refunds would be issued 3-4 weeks later. It is now 6 weeks later and still no refund and I've not gotten any responses to tweets or emails. After making a comment on their Facebook page regarding the status of refunds, I noticed that, instead of responding to me personally or providing a general update, they blocked me from commenting on any more posts. Nothing "premier" about this company.
