The last time I played here it was a complete swamp. Extremely wet, infested with bugs, and for $30 I would rather give my money to a bum. I will never be returning. The course is old and has no drainage, the greens are not good, and the course is not well kept. Completely disappointed in my old go to course, I’m glad I found a new place to call home: “The Falls”. Check it out...

Jeff, Shane, Tyler and the entire team at Scott Lake make me feel welcome and appreciated. I My league has played here for years, I’ve also held several events at Scott Lake. They have always worked along side me to make the events successful. Scott Lake is my 1st choice because they truly do make golf fun! Thank you Jeff, and your family for being an important part of our community for so many years.

I will say, the camp is not hammock friendly. My site had no trees, for example. The staff had actually taken my hammock down from the location I had slept, not far from our site which was kinda annoying. They didn't have a good solution as to where I should set it up but I never had issues after that altercation either. One more thing, don't drive over 2 mph or they'll say "slow down there, bud".

If you are looking for a tennis instructor for your younger kids starting tennis, Coach Mark is your guy! My 5 year old has been taking lessons with Coach Mark for about a year now and not only has she made great improvements but she also loves going to her lessons because she gets to see Coach Mark! I only have experience with him teaching my 5 year old (starting from age 4) but I am sure that every age group that gets the privilege of being coached by Mark will be satisfied and so glad to have met him. He is awesome!

Love working out here. It's uncrowded, so it's easy to use the machines you want. The outdoor pool is a lot of fun, too. I feel like this facility is a hidden gem in this city.

I have had a membership here on and off throughout my life. I took tennis lessons here as a child, it was my first gym membership after moving into my first apartment (in Ramblewood), and I now have a membership here again in my 30's. Obviously they must be doing something right if I keep coming back. They have good, diverse gym facilities, a great outdoor pool area for summer, and the best tennis courts in greater Grand Rapids. Add to that a quality basketball court, sauna, and a lounge you actually want to utilize and you've got a winning combination. There aren't many gyms like this around anymore in the days of Planet Fitness and the YMCA, and that's a shame. Highly recommended - by a lifelong gym rat and athlete.

Mr. Mavs is feeling so fresh and looking so grown! I'm so thankful for Carolyn (hairdresser) and her patience. We are so blessed to have found someone who truly loves her job and does amazing on a difficult task. Carolyn spoke soft, kind words to mavs the entire time. Half way through, Maverick was VERY irritated. We let him down off of my lap to play with some blocks on the floor. There she was, down on the ground with him, continuing to speak encouraging words to mavs. After almost 40mins, she was able to complete the job. Tears of joy fell down my face as I told her how much I appreciate her???? We need more people like Carolyn in this world. Be kind.????

We love this place, started being monthly membership holders back in January, my son can just be comfortable as his autistic self and fully enjoys all the sensory activities. Staff is awesome too. I am really anticipating when they add ABA therapy as one of their services, we haven't actually used the hair cutting yet, as one can see.

Something for everyone! Everything from free weights, cardio and strength training equipment, pool, hot tub and sauna. Not to mention the plethora of fitness classes like spin, yoga, boot camp style cardio classes, and CrossFit style strength training classes. And while the parents and older kids are working out, little ones can be having fun at the Tot Watch childcare.
