Is a very nice resort with lots of activities! But most of the activities end at 5pm, so if you go it's best to stay there a few days. If you're only there for one day you end up not being able to do everything which can make it less fun! Also their mini golf and arcade are a little run down, with almost no supervision or staff to help out

This place was so much fun and so much stuff to do lots of restaurants with lots of food to choose from even a great snack area at the tubing center!! Employees are the most friendliest fun people you’ll ever meet great atmosphere for children grave use easy to get there lots of great stuff can’t say too many good things about this please if you have the time make sure you stop out and see that you won’t regret it!! And it’s pretty fun to watch them make their own snow good music to

I had a great stay. Sadly it was only one night but I'll be back. It's clean, quiet, friendly, and I had the best night's sleep in a long time. I wish I could fit this bed into my bag and take it home. My room was actually two rooms, that was a pleasant surprise, too.

My kids spent the entire summer here. Without a doubt this will be one of their most memorable childhood memories. Every day they returned with stories of their adventures. There is plenty to do. Anything from rock climbing, swimming in the pool, zip line or horseback riding, they have it all. Older kids even have the opportunity for a week long over night campout. To top it all off, this is a faith based camp where the kids went only entrained but also spiritually fed.

I’ve spend more than two months attempting to have my membership cancelled. I was told to email Keith Fox to have the problem fixed, as well as all the money charged to my account fully refunded. I sent this email months ago. The associate I spoke to on the phone assured me I would get my money back. I’ve called four times, emailed three. Every time I call I’m given a different email. Like many other reviewers, I’ve been given the run around of “someone will get back to you.” It is now September, I’ve been charged nearly $200 total despite multiple requests to have my account closed. I can’t go in person because of Covid risk, emailing and calling are my only options. This is not a problem with the associates, but horrible management. All associates help as best they can, but I have yet to hear from any sort of manager despite asking for the manager during the calls. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I belong here to swim. The female locker rooms are a drag. Bad drains. The carpeting is scary! I had a billing issue with the monthly membership charges. I was being overcharged for a number of months. With that said, the pool is great. Surrounded by glass.

I have been here for many parties, and the laser tag is great for the kids! The staff is so friendly, and is always so welcoming. My brother also uses the gym here and enjoys it very much! Would recommend to anyone just wanting an overall good place to workout!

We have driven by the building so many times before, but I am so glad we stopped!! The pamphlets were so wonderful and the older gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful! Will definitely stop in again.

I am posting solely in regards to the aquatics program here, specifically for parents of young children. I have had nothing but terrible experiences. I went to try and sign up for private lessons, paid, only to find out when I contacted 2 weeks later that my payment/request never went through. I was told there was no availability for lessons and was convinced to sign up for small group instruction. I do so. When we arrive for lessons, I was told by the director that we were not on the list. I showed him the confirmation email sent by HIM, and he walked away leaving the instructor to deal with adding us into the class. Fast forward three weeks, our lessons start late and the director allows one instructor for 12(!!!) Small children. One child falls in, has to be saved by the mother (because no one else even notices), and how does the director of aquatics handle himself? By walking out and ignoring the customer. To have an aquatics director that clearly doesn't care for the customer or child is a disgrace. I would avoid swim lessons here at all cost, given that there is a director of aquatics who is so uncommunicative and so willing to risk the lives of the children taking lessons in the facility.

Beautiful gym. Very clean. Great equipment. Newer equipment. Most staff are kind and helpful. The pool has a slide and water mushroom area for kids. However it is not a overly welcoming children's play pool. Head lifeguard can be very nasty.

Came here with a girlfriend for dinner and drinks. We sat outside and everything from the service to the atmosphere was great! You can't really go wrong with anything here, but the burgers are especially delicious! I felt our server, Greg, deserved special recognition. He was super sweet and attentive and helped to make our experience at Havana even more enjoyable. Thank you! ????

I’ve tried many different gyms and this is by far is my best experience, which is why I get there almost daily. There are many class options and there is always a coach helping you along the way. Work hard and you’ll see the physical and mental results.

Great place to work out. Fantastic trainers that help to keep you on track and reach your goals. Got an injury? No worries.... they’ll modify to help you through. Been a member for almost two years and made many new friends. It’s more like an extended family than fitness center

I just completed their 6 week transformation challenge. 6 weeks of great coaching, feedback, eating better, amazing workouts and results ! The program is amazing ! I have tried multiple gyms and diets and cleanses and nothing was sustainable. I am not someone that needs to lose weight (at least my wife says that) but I wanted to start a healthier lifestyle and this has put me on the path to that. 9 pounds, 4 inches off my waist and 5% body fat loss in a short 6 weeks and I'm reading to keep this going. Andrew has been amazing coach during the 6 week program. Casey runs some amazing classes and Michelle (the owner) is extremely approachable and motivating as well. A must do if you are looking for weight loss in a healthy way and fun environment. Thank you Nex Level Team !
