I have never felt more welcome. I called the front desk of the emergency room and tried to book an appointment for my emergency. The lady greeted me, just like my own mother and before she hung up she said she loved me. The nurses catered me like a bird with a broken wing, gave me some good drugs to calm me down, and even followed my request of having a blanket fresh out of the dryer.

I had a horrific experience in the ER two weeks ago. I reported the incident but was met with praise for the Dr by everyone I have spoken to. My concerns are "under review". I have little hope that any action will be taken against the Dr who could have easily given me Covid by not following CDC guidelines. He touched my face (eyelid) without warning. He was not wearing gloves and did not wash his hands upon entering the room. I also received a pelvic exam that was highly unusual and despite asking, I have not received a definitive explanation for his method. (The exam began with him asking if he could remove small pieces of TP from my private region. He proceeded to pick it off. It felt weird. I was so embarrassed. The rest of the exam was different from any exam I have ever received. Finger movement during the exam was noticeably different. I wondered why this exam was not the same as a gynecological exam. I expected it to be. I just wanted to leave ASAP!) I picked up a copy of my medical record from my visit and it list information about my visit that never happened. For instance, the record said that he examined my neck. He did not. Other non truths are listed. Additionally, he misdiagnosed me completely. He dismissed the extreme pain I had been in and completely missed the signs to what actually was happening with me. I received an actual diagnosis from my regular physician a few days later. I spent five hours in the ER and left with no knowledge of what was happening to me. I have had nothing but anxiety and sadness since my visit. I have had nightmares about my pelvic exam and nightmares that I contracted Covid and gave it to my toddlers. I can't express enough how this experience has impacted my life. I feel helpless and taken advantage of. The ER Dr was unprofessional on every possible level!

Reputation precedes itself. Would be so scared to be admitted here. Didn’t believe it was so bad until experiencing it myself. Trying to work with staff and nurses. What a nightmare

I loveeee Coach Q. He knows how to motivate you and I improved sooo quickly with him. He is by far the best trainer and person all around!! Very nice gold course and facilities. 4 sets of tees for golfers. Nice clubhouse with bar and food available. New practice facility is very very nice which I would use if we lived closer. Only draw back was slow play. Took 4 1/2 hours for 18 holes.

Top notch facility. Greens are rock hard and faster than John Force. But, play was good after experiencing the first couple of greens and making adjustments. Super friendly staff, and more than decent pro shop. Will definitely return, and would definitely recommend to anyone. One of the best courses in Northern Illinois!

Don't have a son in this league... Rival team/organization so interact with this league often. Always a pleasure to deal with and they put on some fun tournaments for travel baseball in the summer. Very structured and organized with lots of parent involvement. Have met a lot of great parents from the organization too!

Course in healthy condition for July 2020. However fairways and greens are long, slow and thick. Greens run at an 8 on stimp. Easy layout. If you’re better than a 12 handicap you should take a pass. Good beginner course or for 18 and higher handcps.

Eating outside at night, you feel like your on vacation somewhere far away. Beautiful big outdoor patio with a full bar and plenty of lights and fire pits for added comfort. The only thing better than the ambiance and service is the food! I just had the Pork Snitztel Sandwich with fries and it was fantastic! Everything on the menu looked inviting and I will be going back regularly. You will not be disappointed and the prices are very reasonable with drink specials to boot. 2 ????'s way up!

Held my grandmother's memorial luncheon here this past weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better staff. From the planning with Lisa to the day of the event, everyone was great. Food was plentiful and delicious. Huge shout out to Mandy & Carly for keeping the guests hydrated ☺️ - While Melissa, Veronica & Jose kept everyone well fed. While everyone may have concerns with our new norm and large gatherings, know that they took great precautions in following all the necessary guidelines to keep everyone safe. I'll definitely be back!!!!!!
